Suyin stood in the corner waiting for her boyfriend to come out of the crowd at school. He was surrounded by the girls because everyone liked him, especially his looks. She walked away giving up on her boyfriend. He wasn't going to be done anytime soon. Wooshin looked above the crowds to see if Suyin was there, but she wasn't. He moved through the crowds. He didn't know that she left and he felt very bad about it. With the crowd chasing him, he couldn't go anywhere. He sighed as he turned to the crowd to finish what he was doing.
Suyin was walking around the school grounds thinking about Wooshin. Was it the right choice to date a guy that's so popular around school? She loved him, but he didn't seem to fit her level. He was way above her. The insecurities were climbing into her brain. She frowned at all the times he tried to take her on a date. He always got stopped by a girl and they'd ask for his number or a picture. Even when she was there. Suyin was really nervous about this one girl, Areum. She was a prep, a girl that was Wooshin's level. They had been best friends way before Suyin ever met him. That's what made her nervous.
"Wooshin-ah, don't you think she's a bit too much?"A voice was heard. Suyin lifted her head and walked towards the talking. She stopped when she saw Areum fixing Wooshin's tie.
"What do you mean? She's not too much," Wooshin said.
"She can be a bit annoying though."
Suyin kept listening.
"Why don't you break up with her then?" Areum asked.
"I don't want to hurt her feelings. She's very sensitive and I just can't bring myself to say it."
Suyin clenched onto her skirt. Tears fell from her face. She wiped her tears away and covered her mouth from making any noises.
"Where'd she go anyway?" Wooshin shrugged. "You should just break up with her."
"I will tomorrow." Wooshin said.
He fixed his collar and walked in Suyin's direction. Suyin ran away quickly, hoping he wouldn't know it was her. He then saw the figure run away.
"What the..."
Wooshin walked confidently to class. He was smiling at the fans as they screamed. He walked into class to only see his seat and Suyin's empty. He sat down as all his friends came over to his desk.
"Did you hear about Suyin?" Hwanhee asked.
Wooshin shook his head as the others sighed.
"She transferred to another school. They said it was because of drama. Her mom came in this morning and yelled at the principal," Xiao said.
Wooshin looked at them.
"You didn't know?" Khun asked. "You're her boyfriend aren't you?"
"She didn't tell me at all," Wooshin said.
"What drama was she in?"
"We don't know," Wei said.
Wooshin then felt guilty. The bell rang and class started.
He scribbled in his notebook, using up five sheets of paper. What was the reason she left? He thought to himself.Jinhoo walked up to him, "You know it's break time now. Let's go play some ball."
Wooshin agreed to the idea. He needed to get this guilt off of him. He stood up, but his phone rang. Wooshin picked it up and saw a message from Suyin.
Meet me outside.
He walked outside and saw Suyin in regular everyday clothing."What are you doing here? I thought you-"
