"What explanation?" I was annoyed. I mean, she's my friend from childhood and I, out of manners introduced her to my new friends, the lads. What's there to explain?! I thought with fury and the next thing I knew....

What the actual hell was that?!

"Hahahaha.... Vengeance is sweet Payno!" It was a raspy voice. So not Louis. No accent. Cross Niall. So, it's either Harry or Zayn.

Why not do it the easy way huh? Let's just get them both.

"You just had to throw that icing on me huh?!" I wiped my face to see all of my friends grinning devilishly at me.

Yeah. We all have serious issues.

"You whacko!" I yelled, running after Harry. Zayn won't do this to me.

"Come and get me Payne!" Harry yelled. So, it was Harry himself.

"Harry! COME BACK HERE YOU NUTTER!" I shouted back.

I chased Harry into our backyard and I saw something that spoiled my birthday.

You see, I do.... um... how can I say that? The lads won't let me hear the end of it, but I guess they guessed it. And everyone was teasing me for that today.

I was hopelessly in love with my best friend. Yeah. I'm in love with Sophia Smith...

But there is a slight catch.

She has a boyfriend.

And they were having a hardcore makeout session in my backyard.

"Sophia..." that dude, I mean her boyfriend, moaned.

That should've been me. You bas... no... Liam. Stop. Its your birthday. Don't curse.

"You're mine Soph..." he moaned through the kiss, making my blood boil.

"I'm only yours" Sophia panted as his hand went to her a... I mean bum.

"Ahhh! Mmm! Briaannn!" She moaned even louder.

"I love you and only you. Liam is just my friend" Sophia said and started to kiss him again.

Wow. Friendzoned. Translation, Rejected. I'm feeling really great ya know?

"She deserves so much more than that looser doesn't she Liam?" A voice called. I turned to see Louis l looking at me. His facial expressions changed. The next thing I knew....

KA-BLAM!

Did he just slap me in the face!?!

"Liam James Payne.... my mate can't cry on the day he was born... Don't just stand there! Get her back lad!" Louis' hand never left my cheeks. And Louis' words never left my mind.
