don't look too closely:
✽ many people lean in very close to the mirror while working on their eyebrows, but this could actually wind up giving you a look you don't want. try to stand a foot from the mirror, and lean in closer at the end to outline.
arch trick:
✽ use the most pigment intensity on the arch of your brows when defining them. this is an easy way to make your brows look more lifted.
tweezing tips:
✽ before you tweeze, press a warm washcloth to your brows to relax the follicles. once you're done, hold an ice pack to the area to help fight inflammation.
don't worry:
✽ your eyebrows are sisters, not twins. many girls use a hair-for-hair strategy, where they pluck a hair from one brow and then try to match it in the other. this could leave you with over-tweezed brow.
☁️ highlighting hack:
✽swipe white eyeshadow or highlight pen under your eyebrow on your brow bone, then blend woth your finger. this will instantly make your brows appear more defined and arched.
know what shape you want:
✽before you start trimming your eyebrows, use a creamy brow pencil to outline the shape you want them to be. then, carefully remove the hairs that fall outside of that line.
