Breakfast is  

1. Avocado toast

take one slice of bread and put it in the toaster. Once it is toasted spoon out an avocado then spread onto the toast. Add salt or pepper for more flavor.

2. Mini omelette

in a bowl, crack and mix together eggs then separate the mixture into mini muffin tins. Add veggies, meat or cheese.

3.Overnight oats and fruits

In a mason jar add oats and layer fruits refrigerate overnight. In the morning add milk of your choice and enjoy.

4.Frozen yogurt bites

In a mini cupcake tin using a cupcake liner fill your tin with granola and yogurt

of your choice top it with some fruits and enjoy.

5.Apple slice

clean ,core and slice apples into somewhat thin pieces. smooth on a layer of peanut butter on any other butter of your choice and enjoy.
