Josh's POV
I watched this piece of shit waiter flirt with my Max. I kept giving him dirty looks. He didn't take notice to them, though. Max thought this was hilarious and every time he tried to flirt, she would burst out laughing once he was far away. Seeing her laugh put a smile on my face.
"I can go up and pay." Max offered. We all agreed and pitched in some money. "You staying with her Josh?" Pete asked. I nodded. He gave me a small smile and walked out with everyone. "I'll wait by the door." I told Max and walked over to the door. I watched as that shitty waiter tried to flirt with her while she was paying.
He was leaned up against the desk next to her. Max looked like she was trying her hardest not to pay attention to him. Right before she went to walk away he grabbed her butt. Pete walked in at the perfect time. "What the fuck!" Me and Pete yelled at the same time.
Max quickly walked over to me and I wrapped my arms around her. "Pete, don't. Let's just go." Max said. Ignoring Max's request, Pete walked over to the guy and punched him square in the face. The guy fell over and began to cry. Pete scoffed. "Let's go." Pete said and walked out. "I'm gonna ride with the guys, check on Pete." Max said. I nodded and gave her kiss on the forehead. She quickly followed Pete to the bus.
Pete's POV
"Pete! Is your hand ok?" Max asked. I turned around and pulled her into a hug. "My hand's fine. Are you alright?" I asked. She nodded. "I'm fine." she said. I opened the door and let Max into the bus before getting in and shutting the door behind me.
"You guys ok? We heard yelling." Joe asked when we walked in. "That fuckboy of a waiter grabbed Max's ass. I punched him in his face." I said, sitting down. "Good, very good." Andy sat down next to me. Max came over and laid across mine and Andy's laps. "What are we doing today?" she asked. "Don't know, to be honest." I said. She let out a groan.
"You guys are so boring." she whined. "Wow, ok. Rude." Joe mumbled. She threw her shoe at him. "Shut it, Trohman." she said. I chuckled. "I'm kinda confused on whether you guys hate each other or not." Patrick said. "He sucks." Max whined. "And you swallow." Joe said with a smirk. "Cheap shot." Max said, narrowing her eyes. Joe gave a wide grin, showing off his teeth.
We all sat around, chatting and joking, while we waited to arrive at the arena. When we got there, I immediately went to the dressing room. My phone was almost dead and my parents wouldn't leave me alone. I was literally still on the phone while walking there. "Yes, mom. Pete is doing fine. No, I haven't hooked up with the roadies. There aren't any cute guys around, dad." I heard Josh gasp in fake offense. "How rude." he said.
"Max! Who was that? You better not be making out with him." my mom yelled. "It's just Josh. His band is on tour with the guys calm down. We just got to the arena and we're heading to the dressing rooms." I said. "Ok. Just wanted to make sure. Bye honey!" she said and hung up the phone. I quickly opened Pete's dressing room door and plugged my phone in.
"I am deeply offended." Brendon said. "Why?" Patrick asked. "Max said none of us were cute. How could you?" he said in fake sadness. "I'm surround by idiots." I mumbled. "Gasp! She's being rude again!" Brendon yelled. I just chuckled and rolled my eyes. This is gonna be a long night.
A/N finally an update, man I'm such a good at procrastination
