"Emma, Ethan. Can you please come down here. Your father and I have something to tell you."
"Ugh, coming" I yelled. I just say down to do my homework, and then they want to talk. I hope it is something good.
"Yeah" Ethan and I say at the same time. Something that we do, say the exact same thing, at the same time.
"We are moving!!!" My dad said cheerfully.
"WHAT?!?!" I scream. I can't believe this. I am going to have to make new friends, and I'm not good at that. "Where are we moving to?"
"To Wisconsin"
"Why, I like it here. It's quite, I have a lot of friends, and we can hunt on our own property."
"I know but I got a job offer, and I took it. But look at the bright side though, a bigger house, new phones, and Ethan can get a new Jeep, since you can't drive till you are 16, it's not 14 every state you go to."
"Yes" Ethan whispers. Does he care that we are leaving the house I grew up in? I like the idea of a bigger house and a new phone...... But I'll still miss this place a lot.
"What school will I go to?"
"You are signed up for North High School. I heard they have a basketball team you can try out for." My mom said. Don't you have to try out for those, since there is so many kids. Come on. I most likely won't make the team.
"Sure, but what if I don't make the team, and I get made fun of?"
"Don't worry I got your back, I'll punch them in the face if they hurt you" Ethan said. He can be so over protected, but I like that.
"Ok, I guess. When do we leave?"
"The day after tomorrow" my mom said, "go get packed. We have a long week ahead of us."
I went back upstairs to start packing.
--------------------------------------------About 5 hours later I was down packing everything. All I had to do know, is load it up. I still can't believe they didn't tell us sooner, I would have time to tell my friends goodbye. But life is life, you never know what you are going to get.
"Kids supper is ready!" My mom yells.
"Coming"
I race Ethan downstairs. Like always I win because I trip him. But he is a sore loser, in 10th grade he cried at his baseball game because he didn't win. Who does that??!?
"It looks really good mom"
"Thank you, I want y'all to get a good night rest for tomorrow. It'll be a busy day loading everything up.
After supper was done, we washed the dishes and put them in there boxes. Then I went up to bed, which was the floor._.
--------------------------------------------The next day went by very fast. I thought it was going to be slow. We finished packing everything, loaded it up, and then sent the truck driver to take our new home. We are currently having a water fight. Since I'm the fastest runner, I'm wining. I also have the best water gun too.
"I'm done, I'm getting cold." I said as I was walking towards my house.
"Ok, don't forget to take a shower, and rinse out rapid clothes." My mom told me. She always likes things clean and tidy. It gets annoying after a while because we are constantly cleaning since we like to got have mud fights and stuff like that.
"AHHHHH"
"Oh my gawd!!! You should ahead seen your face. It was....... Amazing..." My brother said in between laughs. Does anybody want a brother??? He puts cold water with ice in it in your shower, pours it on you when you are sleeping, or just randomly throws it on you. He is also a jackass. Excuse my French, but it is true.
"I will get you back, I hope that you know that,
I will always win whether you like it or not."
I went inside, took a nice hot shower, and then wheat to bed thinking about the move tomorrow.
