"Emma"
"Emma, wake up!" Ugh its to early for this shit.
"EMMA wake your lazy ass up!" Ugh. Ethan. Sometimes I hate him other times I love him. But mostly it is just mutual.
"FINE. Ill get up. Jeez. Just leave me alone."
"Someone is in a crabby mood." Don't you wish you can kill some people just because there alive? Well that is the mood I am in. I get up and shove Ethan out of my room. It sucks having an older brother. They are very overprotective, and they are super annoying. I can't believe someone that doesn't have an older brother wish for one. Like they are an adult child. They make messes and don't clean them up. The bathroom is always a mess, unless you are lucky and have separate ones. But I am not blessed with that luxury. I walk downstairs and see that super is laid out on the table.
"You're welcome Emma!" Ethan said.
"You made all of this??" There has to be a catch.
"No, but mom did. Her and dad are eating out with co-workers."
"Okay. That explains why the food looks edible." Did I say that aloud?"HEY!!!!! I make edible food. It may be burnt, but that's about it!"
"Like that one tim-"
"-We are not talking about that okay!" I thought I was a grouchy pant's. Lol
After super I washed the dishes and wiped down the table while Ethan put the food away, and swept the floor because he is a messy eater. I walk back up to my room to see that I have a text message from Cody.
Cody- Are you alive yet?
Me- Yeah. A five-hour nap helped. You?
Cody- Same. What are you doing???
Me- Nothing....... Why?
Cody- I am coming to get you. We are going to go T-P houses. Because that is fun, and I am a fun person.
Me- What if I say no???????????????
Cody- Then I will carry you out to my car, and drive as fast as I can because you wont jump out.
Me- Speeding is bad and dangerous.
Cody- You are 15 miles from the nearest house. And you live in the middle of nowhere on a flat road.
Me – Fine
Since Cody is coming no matter what, I guess I should text my mom, and then get ready.
Me- Can I hang out with Cody?
Mom- Sure. If you are staying out later that 12, text me.
Me- Okay. Thanks!!!! Love ya!
Mom- Love you too!
I jump in the shower. Nothing has ever felt so nice before. Nothing like a long nap and a shower while you have a hangover. I get out of the dryer and dry off, and it has only been about 15 minutes. That's not to bad. Now the only thing I have to do is get dressed, tell Ethan that I am going out with friends, and wait for Cody to show up, which isn't hard. I put on some spandex, sweatpants, and my basketball t-shirt on. I miss basketball. I wish the season would come faster. I also can't wait for track to start. I love running. Speaking of that, I should go for a run tomorrow. I grab my phone, and put it in my calendar for tomorrow and set my alarm for 5:30.
BEEP BEEP
I guess Cody is here.
"Where are you going?" Ethan asked.
"I am going out with friends. Mom said it was okay." I told him.
"If you are lying I am going to pour cold water on you next time you take a shower." Ethan threatened.
"OHHHH so scary. Besides, why would I lie? I am a good child."
"You're just jealous that I don't have to have permission to go out, I only have to tell mom or dad what time I am coming home."
"You are 21 and you still LIVE with your parents. WOW!"
I walked out the door before he had a chance to reply. As I walk to the car, Cody is glaring at me. What is his problem? I guess it took me to long to get out here.
"God, you take forever!" Cody exclaimed. I guess I was right.
"Hello to you to."
We go to a neighbor hood that is sorta by his house. It's not really by it. But oh well. We t-p four houses, and had the cops get called on us. But don't worry. We didn't get caught. Cody knows his way around the back roads, and we ended up at his house. We play Black Ops, and let me say this. I KICKED HIS ASS. It was the best. One thing about Cody that you should know is, he is a sore loser. He started screaming like he was being murdered. It wasn't even a manly scream. It was a high pitched scream, like a little school girl scream. I couldn't stop laughing. It was hilarious. I laughed so hard, I started crying. We kept this up for at least three hours, before we finally won. After that, he drove me home, and it is only 11. Wow, and hour before curfew. Even Ethan didn't do that when he was in high school. When I walked in, the house was dark, so I am guessing everyone is asleep. I walked upstairs and went to bed.
