The mysterious skeletom scientist, and possible cultist, W.D. Gaster from Undertale. I only found out about this guy recently, but as soon as I saw him I grabbed a pencil and paper. He reminds me of Uboa from Yume Niki mixed with Jack Skellington and the SlenderMan. I don't know much about his history or anything, but wow does he look cool! His followers are pretty creepy looking too.
