*Hannah's P.O.V*
“Ten fifty eight!” Mr. Weasley called to us as we hurried to Platforms Nine and Ten. “Come on!” We were late, very late. The train for Hogwarts left at eleven o’clock sharp, which meant if we weren’t at Platform Nine and Three Quarters by ten fifty nine, then we’d miss the train. Percy ran through the wall of Platform ten, closely followed by the twins. Ginny went then Mrs. Weasley and finally Mr. Weasley.
“We should go together,” I said, my mouth dry. I was nervous about missing the train. Harry and Ron broke into a run, I was behind them but instead of going through, they crashed against the wall, earning stares from every Muggle there. I managed to stop running before the crash. Hedwig kept hooting clearly disturbed.
“Oy, what do you think you’re doing!”
I looked to see a passing guard with an extremely angry face.
“Sorry, last control of the trolley,” Harry apologized, rubbing his arm with a pained expression on his face. The guard shook his head disbelievingly before walking off. Harry turned back to Ron. “Why can’t we get through?”
“Don’t know,” Ron said, feeling the wall “It’s somehow sealed itself!”
“Er, guys?” I asked, glancing at the clock. They looked at me questioningly and I pointed at it. “We’ve missed the train; it leaves at exactly eleven o’clock.”
“What if Mum and Dad can’t get through?” Ron asked in a high pitched voice.
“Maybe we should go and stand by the car,” Harry suggested.
“The car…” Ron repeated. I clapped a hand to my forehead disbelievingly.
“Yes Ron, it’s that thing with four wheels and a steering wheel,” I snapped, but he didn’t seem to hear me.
“You’re a genius Harry!” he said, his face lighting up
“I’m here too!” I hissed, but again I was ignored.
“We can take the car to school, you know- fly it there,” Ron said, looking excited. Harry’s face lit up too.
“Can you drive it?” he asked Ron, who then nodded in reply. I shook my head frantically, trying to tell them that that was the worst idea they’ve come up with in History; I mean we’d get in trouble, especially in daylight, with Muggles practically everywhere.
Harry and Ron had finally noticed me and dragged me over to the car with them. They got into the front, and I got into the back.
“Ron, before you do this, I should tell you that one: Muggles aren’t accustomed to seeing a flying car and secondly-“
“Oh calm down Hannah!” Harry said, smiling. Obviously he wasn’t aware of the dangers.
“But instead we-“
“Hannah!”
“We could send-“
“Hannah calm down-“
“An owl-“
“HANNAH SHUT UP!” I rolled my eyes and sat against the seat, feeling uncomfortable.
“But Ron, she is right- Muggles aren’t accustomed to seeing a flying car,” Harry informed Ron.
I gaped; he listens to Harry and not me? Outrageous....
“It’s alright, Dad’s put an invisibility boost in,” Ron said. We set off to Hogwarts, and I looked down to see Muggles looking up, just as we all vanished. I presumed Ron had enough brains to put the invisibility booster on. Moments later, the car reappeared.
