We pulled up to the old, small town theater just in time to catch the last showing of Transformers 3. I paid for the tickets and met Todd in line to get snacks.

"Anna!" A familiar voice shouted.

I look across the lobby to see Kathy hobbling towards me with 6-inch heels on.

"You're seeing Transformers too? Hey Todd." She exclaimed when she finally got to us.

"Hey and yup, we are." He answered, wrapping an arm around my waist while holding a tray of popcorn and drinks with the other hand. Kathy beamed at us.

"Where's Jerred?" I asked.

"Oh, he got us seats while I use the little girls' room. Excuse me, find him and sit with us!"

"Alright."

She hobbled to the bathroom.

"Do you mind if we sit with her?"

"No, why would I?"

"I don't know, because this is our official first date?"

He chuckled.

"Don't worry you can make it up to me another day."

"Oh can I?" I smirked.

We walked in the almost crowded theater and scanned the room for Jerred. We finally found him in a middle orw, smack dab in the middle of the theater. Thankfully there were two spare seats next to him. We climbed over several people and were relieved when we plopped down. He looked over at us and grinned.

"Hey bro. How's it been? Annalise, I saw what happened in gym class the other day. What a doucher."

Todd and him made small talk before the previews started and Kathy came to sit down. The movie went by fast, definitely not as goo das the first two though. My lips still felt all tingly because halfway through the movie, Todd distracted me with a brief make-out session. Afterall, why else go to the movies with your boyfriend? We all stood up and headed out of the theater. We stood by our cars chatting before we left, both vowing to see everyone at school on Monday. Todd pulled into my driveway at 11:45. We lingered in the truck.

"I really had fun tonight Todd. Thank you for everything."

"You're welcome 'Lisey. I had fun too."

He pulled me from the truck and walked me to my dark house.

"Everyone must be sleeping." I commented.

"Probably."

We looked into eachother's eyes and he leaned his head down to kiss me. The kiss started off slow and sweet, each of us taking our time to savor the kiss. We paused a few seconds for air until he pulled me in for a more urgent and passion filled one. I reluctantly pulled away and smiled up at him. He slowly backed up.

"Have a good night my 'Lisey."

"Night Todd."

Standing on my tippy-toes I gave him one more peck on the lips before I let myself inside. I quickly bounded up the stairs, absent mindedly touching my lips, remembering the feeling of his mouth against mine and my heart racing. I opened my bedroom door and turned on my light. as soon as I looked around a scream left my throat.
