Sept. 2nd, 2014
Andi sat alone in her theatre class. She was playing with the fringe on her bag as the rest of the class slowly filed in. No Audrey though. Andi knew she hadn't dropped it, the last day to switch classes had been sometime in the week before, Andi wasn't really sure as she never switched classes (it was a pride thing.)
It was almost time for the tardy bell to ring when Audrey flew through the door to the theatre class and threw herself on top of Andi in a koala bear hug/tackle thing. Andi's chair tipped backward and both girls ended up on the floor, their faces inches apart.
"He made it official!" Audrey was yelling in Andi's face. Andi winced.
There was a soft whispered chant going on that sounded vaguely like "kiss, kiss, kiss". Andi chose to ignore that. Teenage boys were so oddly obsessed with lesbians which Andi found weird since lesbians probably would never go for a boy since, you know, they like vagina, but still.
"Stop yelling, get off me, and repeat it. With details please."
Before Audrey could move off Andi the door to the classroom swung open and their teacher walked in. "Good morning class, please control all your urges till after my lecture. Thank you."
Andi pushed Audrey off her and sat up, "I'm straight, I swear."

Audrey stood at the front of the cafeteria, ignoring Alice's frantic waves, and instead pinpointed the location of Andi and all her friends. She headed in that direction and plopped down right across from Andi and Bradley.
Andi and Bradley both immediately looked up at Audrey, they both looked surprised.
"Somebody sits there," Bradley whispered across the table.
Audrey rolled her eyes, "There's an entire table with chairs all around it and they can't sit anywhere else?"
A hand dropped onto Audrey's shoulder and she froze. She turned to look at it, the nail polish was a chipped metallic silver and the pointer finger was covered in various mood rings. This had to be the hand of Lydia.
"You're in my seat princess."
"There's another chair right beside-"
"No, I want this one. Wanna fight for it? Cause we can fight."
"I would rather not-"
"Right now, let's go." Lydia put her hands under Audrey's arms and pulled her so she was standing. Lydia had a good five inches on Audrey, not to mention the contrast in clothing. Audrey had a fucking peter pan collar on her top and Lydia was wearing a leather jacket while it was in the seventies outside. There was no doubt who was going to win.
Bradley and Andi shared a look, there was no way Lydia was going to do all this for a chair, right?
Lydia held up her fists and moved so she was closer to Audrey. Audrey squealed and held her hands up to cover her face. Lydia dropped into the seat beside her usual one and just began to howl with laughter. Audrey slowly dropped her hands away from her face and just stared at Lydia. Andi stood up and made her way around the table before pushing Audrey down into the seat she'd claimed before walking back around and sitting in her own seat. Bradley had a smirk on his face as he looked from Audrey, who still looked scared senseless to Lydia who was crying and had a face as pink as her hair. Andi cleared her throat after Lydia had finished laughing. "What did you need to tell me Audrey?"
Audrey's face broke out in a huge grin. "Daniel asked me to, like, be his official girlfriend!"
Andie jumped across the table to hug Audrey, "That's amazing!"
Audrey squealed, out of excitement this time, "I know!"
Lydia rolled her eyes and looked at Bradley, "Is she always this hyper?"
She was motioning to Audrey, who was now bouncing up and down in her seat.
"Pretty much yeah."
