"Wake up!" Erics frantic voice, and the fact he was shaking Sally, woke Sally with a start.

"What is it Eric?" Sally asked.

"Menark is dead!" Eric backed off of sally and began throwing things into two bags.

"What!?" Sally sat bolt up right.

"During the hearing," Eric spoke, his back to Sally, "Menark wanted you to live. But others didn't."

"What do you mean others?" Sally asked, now frantic.

"You really don't want the answer to that."

"I'm pretty sure-"

"Quickly!" Janaces voice interrupted threw the door, "they're on their way!"

"Who's on their way?" Sally demanded.

"Sampsons men," Eric sighed, "Sampson over ruled but was with the majority, they are on their way to collect you."

"What do you mean," Sallys voice shook, "to collect me!?"

"Sampson made it clear," Eric put his hand on Sallys shoulder, "he wants you dead like any other werewolf!"

Sally was silent. She stood frozen in her spot as Eric threw her quilt and a couple dresses into two bags. Clamping them shut, Eric grabbed Sallys arm, which made her focus, and the two ran out the door. Darting around the corner Eric and Sally drew to a halt. In front of them was a large line of hunters ready to kill Sally and, if need be, Eric.

"Where are you going miss Mueller?" Sampsons crude voice rose over the crowd. He shoved his way into the front of the line, a pistol in his hand.

"Please sir," Sallys eyes began to tear up, "just lock me up at a full moon! I don't want to die!"

"I'm sorry miss Mueller," Sampson gave a sly grin that gave Sally the chills, "But I must think of the village. Grab the boy."

Two hunters charged at Eric and pulled his arms behind his back. Struggling to get free he creed out:

"SALLY!"

Sampson raised his pistol, cocking back the hammer. Erics screams where now muffled to sally ears. Sally slammed her eyes shut after looking back at Eric. The bang of the gun sounded but Sally felt nothing. The sight she saw when she opened her eyes made her gasp.

"YOU'RE ALIVE!!" Sally screamed. Menark was slamming him self against hunters.

"What do you think," Menark laughed, "I would go down with out a fight!"

Eric was now free of his captors and was in the fray. Knocking a hunter out, Eric turned to Sally and grabbed her arm. Menark punched Sampson, Knocking him out.

"Take that murderer!" Menark shouted. This confused Sally but she didn't care as she and Eric, followed by Menark, ran to the gate Ace was at. The moon light glowed onto Sallys hair. Menark barked at Sally, "Close your eyes!"

Right before Sally closed her eyes she saw Menark shaking. A ripping noise echoed threw the training field. Eric scooped Sally Up but nearly dropped her when he gasped in surprise.

"Your a werewolf!" Eric gasped.

A howl was all that answered. Sally pecked and saw where Menark had stood was a large black fur wolf. The wolf was huge and its fur was the color of Menarks hair. But what really told Sally that it was Menark was when he growled and shut his eyes making it clear Sally was to do the same. Sally felt her self being lowered onto Erics lap signifying that Eric was now sitting on Menark. Eric moved Sally Easily to his Back.

"Hold on tight," Eric advised. Sally grasped her arms around Erics waist as wind whipped her hair back. Suddenly it grew really dark and the moon light didn't shine anymore. Sally slowly opened her eyes and saw they had got into the woods. Disappearing deeper into the dark, Sally started to shake and feel sick.

Looking around as they rode Menark threw the woods, Sally wacthed giant trees go by. Some where as big as her house-her fathers house only now, Sally reminded herself. A twig snapped about twenty kilometers away. Menark must have heard it to because he came to a complete halt.

"What's going on?" Eric asked, "why have we stopped?"

"Someone, or something," Sally replied, "is coming."

Right as the word left Sallys mouth, a large mass of wolves surrounded the three travelers. One snapped at Eric and sally let lose a deep growl. Pain suddenly surged threw Sally as she felt her chest grow larger. Looking fearfully at Eric, Sally bounded off Menarks back and tried to get farther away from Eric but a line of wolves blocked her path.

"Menark!" Sally gasped as her whole body jerked uncontrollably and she knew she was changing. Right before she shifted she saw Menark stand quickly in front of Eric. The nightgown Sally wore tore into shreds as a golden wolf replaced her.

"Your a werewolf!" a large wolf gasped.

"Yes," Sally tried to say but it came out as a growl.

"Bark it." a caramel wolf explained

"Yes," Sally tried again, "But I'm trying not to use my nose to breath because I might hurt Eric!"

"he's human?" The large wolf asked.

"Yes," Sally cautioned.

"Well," the wolf bared his teeth, "he'll be safer if he's bitten-"

"Touch him," Sally growled, jumping in front of Menark and Eric, "and ill rip your heart out!"

"Cool it Sally!" Menark jumped in front of the giant wolf, "this is Jonah and he's Alpha!"

"I don't care if he's king of the world!" Sally snapped her teeth,"you don't touch Eric!"

"Over protective mates!" One wolf whispered

"Would you guys leave her alone!" Menark growled.

"You challenge me Menark!" Jonah, the wolf Menark showed Sally, dove next to Menark, "Let me remind you. You already have a warning!"

"And let me remind you," Menark growled, "She's werewolf to! She just needs to learn the truth!"

"You're right," Jonah sighed, "Nichole show Sally to the empty house at the end of the village, she'll stay there for now."

"Yes Alpha!" the caramel wolf bounded next to Sally as Jonah motioned Menark and the other wolves follow, "I'm Nichole, you can call me Nikki."

"I'm Sally," Sally nodded, "what about Eric?"

"As long as I'm next to you," Nikki said, "you wont touch Eric."

"Keep your but near me then!"

"Agreed," Nikki motioned to Eric to get on her back, "I don't think you want to risk you getting to far from me and have him on you."

"Got that right!" Sally laughed as the three headed toward the werewolf home town.
