By five o'clock the girls were sitting at the table in Sallys house. Sharrens red hair was breaded down her back and she wore a lavender dress that was stained with mud. Mandys Black hair was cut flat at shoulder length bearly touching the shouldes of her light blue dress. Nicholes carmle hair was tide in a ponie tale and lay flat against the back of her plain brown peasnts dress. Sally had braided her hair like she use to for work and wore her birthday dress with a head dress that had yelloed with age tide to her head.

"Everyone ready to go?" Sally asked.

Everyone nodded, to nervous to speak. the four companiens left Sallys house at 5:30 and headed to the gate. As they knew what Jonah would have said, they had kept their plan to them selves so they had to slip past Melony, the wolf gaurding the gate, and escape toward the road to Bacau. A waxing gibous rose in the sky as a cool night breez russled the leavs beside Sally. Not to long after leaving bacau, at werewolf speed, a familiar steeple rose on the horizon, eluminated by the bright moon. With her senses hightened Sally could smell the bakers bread in town and the smell of sweet violet that was used to was all the clothes in town. Sally noticed that Nichole had tensed up at the sight of the city.

"Whats wrong?" Sally asked.

"We are going into our enimes home," Nichole barked, "if we get disscovered there will be a war in little wolf and Bacau!

Sally left it at that because domthing in Nicholes voice told her that what ever made Nichole tense was personal and she didnt like talking about it." The four got near the gate when a voice made Sallys gut flip.

"Halt!" Aces voice boomed.

"You guys have got to talk," Sally whispered, "He's the hunter that shot me with a fake!"

"He will know our voices," Mandy said, "I dated him when i was still human and he heard Sharren the night of the attack!"

"I dont think he'll notice my voice," Nichole said, "Let me try!"

"Hello ladys," Ace said, looking over his shoulder at gthe forest.

"Good evening sir," Nichole said.

"Okay Sally I know its ya'll," Ace whispered. Sally cursed and pulled her head cover down.

"Ace," Sally begged, "you said yourself that last night i was in Bacau i was like a sister, please let us go!"

"Sally they'll kill me!" Aces expretion was pained as he went for the rope to bind the girls.

"Keep your twos heads down," Sally whispered the first words low enough so only the others could hear, "I really dont want to do this!"

Sally kicked Ace in the gut then shoved the girls to the north woods when she heard Ace call out.

"He's at Sampsons Sally! You cant get him you know that," he said thies words in a voice low enough so that the other hunters wouldnt hear him.

Sally nodded her thanks then shoved the girls on. They ran deep with in the northern forest. By the time the stoped it was almost midnight.

"No...one...Followed!" Mandy gasped for breath.

"And I think I know why," Sharren pointed to a white figure floating toward them.

"Whats that?" Nichole asked.

"A wicth!" Mandy growled, "I think!"

The girls stood in deffensive stances as the figure approched. Each girls heart was pounding out of thier cheasts as they waited for the person to get close. once it was in viewable distance they saw it was an olde woman. The gown she wore flowed down her body like water. Golden hair was braided in a crown above her head with a strand here or there blowing in the cool night wind. The womans face seemed oddly familiar to Sally once she could see it. A gasp escaped making the girls stare at each other.

"MOM?!"
