Goodbye

  "Sally," Eric nudged his muzzle into Sallys fur.

"Ill be okay Eric,"Sally groaned as pain shot threw her body, "for now at least."

"But you wont be!" Eric cried as Ace kneeled beside Sally and Eric, "guys, help get her on me!"

"She's to big!" Ace said as the pack went to move Sally onto Eric. As Ace said this, however, Sally began to turn human. Ace went to a closet that sat in the office and threw a blue blanket over Sally. Suzan went between Aces legs and nudged him to hold on. Eric maneuvered threw the door and went into the halls. Already werewolves were lifting the bitten children off the floor and caring them toward the wood. Suzan walked right by Eric which put Ace by Sally.

"Sally!" Ace grabed her hand as Sally eyes squinted in pain, "I'm sorry! I distracted you and now... Now-"

"No!" Sallys voice was so low Ace barely heard her, "I dont blame you Ace!"

The rest of the trip was spent in silence as the pack moved slowly into the woods. Each wolf had one or two bitten hunters on thier backs as they disappeared into the forest. Each member took thier own way to get to Little Wolf. Eric walked by the cabin were the whole madness started. To Eric the few minuets it took to get to the house felt like hours as Sallys groans began to form screams as her pain grew worse.

"Get her inside," Eric barked at Ace when they arrived at Eric and Sallys house. The pack changed and got dressed quickly. Eric was the first to enter the house. A feeling of despair and fear filled the room. Eric kneeled beside Sally and grasped her hand as a scream that she couldn't hold fell. Sally felt like someone had lit a bonfire in her vain, each spot of pain more hurtful then the last. Domonic was lead out by Johnathan and was told to stay outside.

"Sally i should have listened!" Ace cried out, "maybe if i had you would be okay!"

"Sampson had us both on a tight leash at one point Ace," Sally growled as another shot of pain hit, the feeling of it in her cheats made her stomach curl. Domonic ran in at this point unable to stay outside. Sally flinched when Domonic threw himself onto her waists and hugged her neck.

"I love you mommy!" Domonic cried, "If I kiss it will you hurt anymore?"

"I wish Dony," Sally laughed, "But a kiss can only go so far!"

"I'll try anyway!" Domonic said and kissed Sallys check. Eric grabed Domonic and covered his ears as another scream came from Sally. Eric whispered something in Aces ear that made Ace go rigged but Ace nodded. Ace made sure Domonic was back outside before saying:

"Do you want me to end it?" All Sally did was nod at Ace and Eric grabed her hand. Ace pulled out his pistol and place it right over Sallys heart. Suzan grabed onto Sallys other hand and cried.

"I love you Sally," Eric said.

"Forever," Sally replied, "And Always! Be a good Alpha Eric!" With this Sally shut her eyes and nodded at Ace. Eric got up and put a hand on Aces shoulder but couldn't watch Sally. Aces hand shook as he pulled the trigger. A boom filled the house and Sally was gone.

"Goodbye mommy!" Domonic, who had run in right as Ace shot, wrapped his arms around Sallys body as the pack took her to the grave yard.

"Sampsons still out there," Eric growled, "I have to find him!"

"One day Eric," Ace said, "But wait tell Domonic can lead this pack. Right now he needs a dad! And this pack needs an Alpha!"

"I know." Eric agreed, "But I will avenge the deaths I've witnessed and helped with! Sampson will pay for his lies!"
