It's been close to two and a half hours after both you and Sombra had followed the train tracks to Canterlot. The mountain the castle resided on only grew in height as the both of you got closer. Getting tiered you stopped walking and sat down. "Hey I'm tiered! Let's take an hour break!" You yelled falling from your sitting position onto your back. Hearing your plea's Sombra turned to look at you. "We haven't been walking that long." He stated with annoyed face. Turning back to face you, you hadn't gotten up. Sighing Sombra walked back to you and started nudging for you to stand up. "Nooo...We've been walking for two whole hours I'm tiered!" You wailed flailing your hooves around. Sighing again Sombra used him magic to pick you up and place you on his back. When he turned around and started to walk you had a mad blush across your face. "You dont have to carry me." You said hiding your face in your hooves. Turning to look at you over his shoulder "If I didn't you'd still be on he ground complaining about how tiered you were. So I'll just carry you until we get there." Sombra replied turning to face forward. Blush dieing down you uncovered your face "But there is still like 8-10 hours till we get there! We neither of us has eaten today, so your bound to get tiered at some point." You said cleaning to the side to face him. Turning him head slightly "Clearly you don't know much about crystal pony anatomy, because most crystal ponies can't go hours without rest." Rasing a brow "But in the history book that I own said you'd work the crystal ponies till they fell from fatigue." Looking to the tracks and you so he wouldn't trip " Yes that is true, but the most of the ponies could work up to 832 hours before they dropped. This is dew to the old rulers giving them the the ability to harvest their own crystals, to this they were able to work at them with out stopping for quite awhile." Nodding to the new information that was given to you. "So...have you ever worked crystals your self?" You asked. Stopping for only a second "Yes I have I used to make my own before the rulers gave away my secret of making them." Eyes growing wide "Woah woah woah you were the first to make and harvest your own crystals?! But then why work all those ponies to the bone and enslave them?!" You asked yelled at him. Ears twitching at the loud ness being blasted into them "Yes I was that's why I have a crystal as a cutie mark. And I didn't enslave them I only had them get the crystals deep with in the kingdom caves." He said gerstering to his cutie mark then continued to walk more. Looking at his cutie mark it was a crystal with three shard's but was very dark in color with red around it. Turning away from his cutie mark, "Making them work with out breaks or pay is enslavement." You said now fiddling with his main. "No its not if they were already at work in the mines. He said rearing his head back a bit. Finished braiding his hair "What do you mean by that?" You asked leaning forward again. "The ruler before be the ones who have them the power it make their own crystals told everypony that they could only use their new ability in the mines." He said coming to a stop. Looking at him Sombra turned him head "You can get off now." Rasing a brow you looked up to the foot of the mountain. Taking a couple of seconds "How did we get here so fricken fast?!" You said getting off of Sombra's back. "Like I said crystal ponies can go along time with out breaks and I can pace myself so that I can go faster. Now come on we need to get to the city at top of the mountain." Sombra said smirking at you astonishment.
