Painful Memories

Pacing in thought, Viki growled "I've known (Y/N) sence we were fillies! She kept babbling about her wedding but she never once talked about the stupid proposal!" She said stamping her hoove angrily. Sitting on the table with his legs crossed and filing his hooves, Thomas looked up from what he was doing and spoke around the filer in a low tone. "Well when I younger, I proposed to Blublu infront of the old fountain that was in the park. They tore down the old one and built a new one though, I showed it to (Y/N) when she came here. Maybe Sombra over there could do the same?" He said looking at Sombra who was sitting as far as possible away from him on the ceiling as he could. "Oh and by the way Somby bombae how are you doing that?" Thomas asked laying back on the table and pointing at the male infront of him. Rolling his eyes he's using a gravity spell to keep himself up there. It's a simple spell if thought correctly." Blueblood said demonstrating the spell and standing next to him on the ceiling. Looking up at the two, ''So Thomas did propose to you. Did you have to reject him so hard? You made him come crying to me and (Y/N) about it." Viki said flying up to look Blueblood in the eye. "How did he propose to you?" Sombra asked looking between the two stallions. Shivering at the hard stare down "He blind folded me and had me fallow his voice for a surprise. When I took off the blind fold we where infront of the fountain with a festival going on so there where hundreds of ponies there and put a flower crown on my head asking me to marry him. Everyone there was staring at us and started to whisper to each other. I've never been so humiliated in my life before!" Blueblood said blushing and shaking his head. Letting his ears fall "I never intended to embarrass you. I had no idea that festival would be there. But I worked really hard on making everything perfect! I planned that hole thing for a month wording everything just right. And I had to ask my older sister during for help in decorating during her own wedding planning! You didn't have to push me into the fountain and run off!" Thomas said with a pained voice and looked away before running out of the room. "Ooo your so lucky I can't smack you! Thomas wait up, it's okay Blueblood is just a dumbass!" Viki yelled glaring at him before chasing after Thomas. "Well she might not be able to smack you but I can." Sombra said smacking Blueblood on the back of his head. "In my culture the proposal is a statement of  the strength one has for the one they love. And the time and work he put into impressing you sounds great." Sombra said using his shadow magic to stand infront of the door. "We where fillies! It was a stupid crush that he got over! Thomas is a flirt that shows interest in any attractive colt he see's!" Blueblood countered getting off the ceiling. "Or he's trying to fill an empty space and chase away the monster of loneliness." Sombra said turning to shadow. In the garden Sombra found you, Thomas, and Viki sitting under a tree. "Danmit Blublu your such an idiot." You said hugging Thomas close as he hiccuped. Turning just enough to see Sombra, Viki stood "I have ta go, Tommy you and (Y/N) should go back to her room and calm down." She said stretching her wings and ruffling the feathers. Looking at her then glancing Sombra's way when she slightly motioned to him, Thomas nodded helping you up and saying his goodbye. Walking over to Sombra when you where out of ear shot "Thomas brought up that painful memory for a reason. He wants you to use it in proposing to (Y/N). I can help with preparations, so let's get started." Viki said Having Sombra follow her.
