Bat Up

Blushing you tried to push away from Sombra. "I didn't mean to ride one! I was being chased and fell threw the ground then landed in that thing!" You exclaimed looking away pouting slightly. Huffing "Well there are plenty of creatures to chase you done here. I've already ran into a few. But they didn't last long at all, quit boring in my opinion." Sombra said reluctantly letting you go to stand back up. Dusting yourself off "Well I found you before Blueblue and Tommy. So now we have to go find them." You said looking over the side then back up at the broken rale. "Who? (Canada XD had to sorry) Are you talking about?" Sombra asked closing his eyes and using his magic to create a crystal bridge. Looking back at him and sighing "Blueblood and Thomas. I was using their filliehood nicknames I gave them when I was younger." You said slowly walking onto the bridge. Walking back a bit then sprinting Sombra jumped over you. "My bridge wont break, don't be scared." He said landing hard enough to shake it. Dropping to hug the ground "Don't do that! I don't want to fall!" You yelled crawling over to him. Rolling his eye Sombra lifted you up onto his back. "Your being such a filly just close your eye and hold onto me." He said walking up the bridge, and looking up at the ceiling. Looking up with him you saw huge bats staring back at you. "Oh Celestia why must there be creepy bats? Sombra, is there any possible way for you to make a covering so those bats don't attack us?" You asked leaning closer to his face. Turning enough to see you. "Now why would I do that? As long see we don't make a loud sound they shouldn't attack." Sombra said looking foreword again. Just to hear a mare-ish scream. Stoping in his tracks to mutter, then bolted to the end of the bridge as the bats dropped from the roof. "That must have been Blueblood! I left him with Thomas, so we could cover more ground." You said forming a shield to smack at the bats. "Ah I see, cant that colt keep his hooves to himself for a minute?! And I don't think that's how you use a shield!" Sombra yelled jumping over rivets and large rocks. Smacking another set of bats "I know how to use a shield! Im just using it to hit more at a time!" You yelled smacking yet another set of bats. Huffing at your answer Sombra used his magic to create a crystal wall in between you and the bats. Coming to a stop to catch his breath, Sombra turned to see the bats trying to break threw the wall. "They wont be able to get threw so we can rest for a bit." He said letting you down. Sitting down you looked up ahead hoping that there weren't anymore surprises. Following your gaze "I'll use crystals while we rest. So you can put out your magic." Sombra said creating glow crystals to light up the cavern. "Why didn't you do that before? I could have found you sooner!" You said glaring at the stallion. Shaking his head "I didn't use them because it takes a lot of energy and it would have caught the attention of whatever's down here. And I wouldn't want that, plus your down here as well. So I now have to protect more than just me along with your friends." Sombra stated laying down on your stomach. Looking at the colt you decided to mess with his main a bit. "You know Sombra, in my history books they always say that your a monsteres colt. But I've only seen the good side. Maybe the crystal heart has a bad influence on you?" You asked still petting his mane. Waiting for a bit you didn't hear his reply. Looking down you saw he had fallen asleep. Giggling to yourself "I should pet your mane more often if it clams you down, huh?"
