"All alone I walk with him till morning." Actually Enjolras told me I have to sit in the corner for only six hours and it's only going to be like...11:15 p.m. by then.
"Without him I feel his arms surround me." Um... Courfeyrac and I are friends but not like that. Same with Gavroche, I don't even know who I'm talking about.
"And when I lose my way, I close my eyes and he has found me." But I know the streets of Paris too well to get lost.
"In the rain the pavement shines like silver. All the lights are misty in the river. In the darkness the trees are full of starlight, and all I see is him and me," again who is he?
"forever and forever. And I know it's only in my mind. That I'm talking to myself and not to him," Well no one is here...
"And I although I know that he is blind," Uh... I don't know any blind people.

"I love him," Who? "But when the night is over, he is gone the river's just a river." Well, it always was, it just looked prettier at night. "Without him the world around me changes the trees are bare and everywhere the streets are full of strangers." Still don't know who 'he' is.

"But every day I'm learning all my life I've only been pretending!" Huh? "Without me his world will go on turning! A world that's full of happiness that I have never known!!" actually my life's pretty good.

"I love him." Who am I talking about?
"I love him but only in my own..."
"Who in the world am I singing about anyway, and why do I sound like Eponine?!?!
