Chapter 3

It's the day of their meeting to Genkai's place.

Yusuke and Keiko traveled together to the same cafe they choose to meet up everytime they visit Genkai. They ordered some drinks while waiting.

Though Keiko is half oblivious to Yusuke's current demeanor. She can tell something is irritating him. And he's making he's best not to show it to her. Talking gently to her is a blue moon appearance. He failed.

Yusuke in another hand is having a hard time. Hard time not to punch a few who kept on trying to bump into Keiko. Bet he broke some fingers when an old perve tried to reach out to her.

He swatted his hand to the vertical pole near the door before it reach her when they were off loading the train. The closing door prevented Keiko from hearing his agony and a glare from him thru the glass door shut him up.

He can't blame them though. Keiko looks radiant in her light blue shirt dress. He loves seeing her in her fave color. They can look as long as 5 secs and NO touching. Hell he even semi retired from that.

"They're here", he heard her. Following her line of sight, there is Kuwabara, Kurama and Shizuru walking up to them. Shizuru cut short and continued to the counter.

"Hey! Finally, I'd thought I'd need more patience here." Yusuke said.

"Well you need to wait up a little bit more. Shizuru's dying to have this cafe's latest smoothie. She'd left us almost flying just to get here already. She'll need time to fully enjoy that." ,stated Kuwabara then greeted Keiko with a wave. "You sure look good on your tone today Keiko."

Keiko smiled at him, waited for Kuwabara and Kurama to be seated. Kuwabara by her side and Kurama to Yusuke.

"I'd thought you would be there already. I'm surprised your here."

Kuwabara who was flabbergasted by her comment, look for her sister at the counter before replying, "When did you become so direct Keiko? Ah...ei... Shizuru wanted to go too. So I accompanied her. Please don't be like that. I'm not comfortable talking about something that's not yet there especially when sis is here-"

"I'm here for what?" Shizuru suddenly appeared beside Kuwabara with drinks in hand. She distributed the drinks then sat beside her brother.

"A.......eee...Yusuke just having a bad day. I just told them to keep it cool coz I don't want it to affect your good day, you and that smoothie." Kuwabara's defence.

Shizuru eyes' rolled, sighing over her brother's poor excuse. "That's the very reason why your getting on a long way with her. You can't say it straight. Unlike the other guy here. How's the both of you, huh?" Ignoring her siblings further nonsenseness, her attention now on the official couple.

They were not surprised about their relationship. Knowing how the two manage to keep their feelings low profile, they finally made it official when Yusuke returned home from Demon Plane.

"Ha, she hired me as her bag carrier slave. What do you say about that."

"I know someone who's more than willing to assist me. I say you won't mind if I accept his help, right?"

"You won't cause he looks like a slimy mud crab!"

Kurama, who's already familiar with their 'lovers' banter' is just cool beside a leveled up irritated Yusuke. "Trouble in paradise already?"

The couple who just shared stinky stare and just keep it shut.

"So I guess its about that?" Kurama guessing the true nature of this gathering. After all, his not strange to signature demon energy hovering on the dark clouds.
