*Zoey's P.O.V*
Finally, after a 4 hour trip, I was at my new house. I finally moved out. I unlocked the door with arms full of boxes and as soon as I was in I dropped them all and ran to have a look at all the rooms. I screamed as soon as a saw my back yard.
"MY BACKYARD IS A BEACH!" I squealed and started doing this weird happy dance till I was interrupted by some one clearing there throat which made me stop automatically. My cheeks started to heat up as i started turning to see who it was. I turned to see 2 boys, one about my age and one that looked about 5, they were obviously brothers.
"Um, Hi." I said awkwardly, fixing my hair so it wasn't in my face.
"Hi I'm Tyler and this is my little brother, Thomas. We are your neighbors, we live next door." Tyler signaled to his left which I guess meant he lived next door. Of course it did. Keep it together Zoey.
"I'm Zoey." I said and smiled.
"Any way, we have to go now but if you need anything were just next door." Tyler smiled back then Thomas added,
"I don't like you, you're a girl, girls have cooties." And with that Thomas ran off.
"I like your hair." Tyler's random compliment made my cheeks go warm.
"Thanks, I like your hair too." I said then slapped my forehead. He just laughed at me, then left.
My hair was cotton candy pink and everyone liked it but something made me really happy that Tyler liked it.
I looked at the clock to see that it was 5:43 P.M. Time to start unpacking.
When I was unpacking I heard tapping on my window. I looked outside to the window directly across from mine to see a smiling Tyler.
"Hey." He was still smiling.
"Okay, please stop smiling, it's freaking me out." I started laughing.
"You should go to the beach tomorrow." Tyler suggested.
"That's what I was planning on doing." I said and looked up to see Tyler had closed his window and left me talking to myself.
"Okay." I whispered to myself, shutting my window.
Once I finished unpacking everything it was 1:03 A.M so when I laid in my bed I instantly fell asleep.
