A Day At The Beach

*Zoey's P.O.V*

After that awful event we all decided that it was time to sleep and that's what we did. We all fell asleep.

When I woke up I saw that every one was still asleep so I quietly hopped up and went to the kitchen.

I decided that for a change I would make breakfast and the only breakfast thing in my cupboard was pancakes.

I made the mixture, poured it and started humming when I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist then all of a sudden my face was pulled side ways and Tyler started kissing me passionately. I kissed him back until I smelt something burning.

I looked back to see a steaming, burnt pancake. I just groaned in frustration.

"The first one is always a test." Tyler said sitting up on the counter, watching me as I scrapped the burnt pancake off into the bin.

I started cooking more and these didn't get burnt. I finished making them all when Niomi and Caleb woke up.

"It smells good in here." Niomi said, sniffing the air.

"I agree, who knew Zoey could cook." Caleb confirmed, pouring himself a glass of orange juice. I just stuck my tongue out and started serving every one their pancakes.

I sat down with everyone and started eating the pancakes.

"I reckon today is the perfect to go to the beach" Niomi said and we all nodded in agreement, too busy stuffing our faces to reply.

We finished up our pancakes and the boys went next door while I looked for another set of swimmers so Niomi didn't have to go home just to get some bikinis.

In the end we found a bikini and got changed and went to meet the boys at the beach.

We must have been early because the boys weren't there yet which was strange..

We laid out our towels and decided to dip our feet in the water while we waited for them.

"So what do you think of Tyler?" I asked, kicking water out into the ocean.

"I think he is great but I think I might like Caleb." As those words fell out of Niomi's mouth my eyes grew wider.

"No! You can't have feelings for him! He is a player!" I snapped, Niomi looked upset about my reaction.

"Look, What's in the past is in the past. I trust him, okay. You've just got to give him a chance." Niomi defended herself.

"Well how about this, if he hurts you I get to cut of his balls and personally feed them to him." I said which made Niomi start giggling.

Before I knew what was happening I was being picked and carried deeper into the ocean.

"Put me down!" I screamed and started kicking while Tyler started laughing.

"Tyler! Put me down!" I screeched which earned more laughter from Tyler.

"I'll put you down right now." Tyler laughed and dropped me straight into the water.

"Tyler!" I yelled then started laughing as I pushed the hair out of my face.

Once I got up I started kicking water at him and he started retreating back to the sand.

He made it back to the sand but he managed to stand on his own foot and he went face first into the sand which ended with me, Caleb and Niomi dying of laughter.

I ran up to Tyler and yelled,

"That's karma for you."

"Shut up." Tyler said but then started laughing at his own stupidity. He got up and grabbed my towel and started cleaning himself with it.

"Hey!" I yelled and Tyler just stuck his tongue out.

I looked around and saw that Niomi and Caleb where missing.

"Where is Niomi and Caleb?" I asked sitting on half of Tyler's towel considering he was using mine.

"Oh, I think Caleb said some thing about getting some lunch." Tyler answered sitting on the other half of his towel.
