The Johns

"The chosen one is Eri Nicole." Many of the girls grunted then whispered that it wouldd be them next time. I just look at the man who just announced it. Gale was right all along. I felt my phone vibrated so I picked it up.

"Good you're the chosen one. You can infiltrate their mansion and get their secrets. The virus mustn't spread, okay." Then he hunged up. God, we think alike. If the virus thing would not happen, I would get out of being a chosen one. Suddenly 2 dudes who were wearing suits appeared.

"Eri Nicole, right?" The one said. They looked at one another then they grabbed both of my shoulders then dragged me along with them. I was going to fight back when they covered my mouth with a handkerchief soaked with some chemical to knock me out.

I woke up, I was sitting on a van. I was trained that if they ever did that to me, I would wake up 5 minutes after. The 2 dudes were in front, one was driving and one was holding a map.

"Why must they change location everytime? It's getting insane." The one with the map said.

"Just find how we are going to get there." The one driving said. I pretended that I was still sleeping. I looked around with my peripheral view while my head is laying low. It seems like we were in a forest since there's a lot of trees. Either that or we're in a garden filled with nature.

"Ha, I was right. We we're going to the right way. Good thing you followed my instructions." The one with the map said. The vehicle stopped, the two men got out of the van. The one who was driving opened the door on my left.

"Yeah, yeah. Hurry and tell the masters that we're here." He said then the other one left. The man carried me but because of my instinct, I knocked him over using my elbow. "God, you're already awake?!"

"Yeah, so bye." I run forward. I don't know this place but from afar I saw a mansion. Why did they stopped the van mid-way? I ran to the front of the mansion. I was supposed to knock but the door opened, so I entered. "Maybe they know the way back." I whispered. The door behind me suddenly closed. A loud noise overwhelmed the room. I looked up and I saw a guy? I'm not sure he's too pretty to be described as a guy.

"You must be Eri. Nice to meet you." He said as he gets down from the grand staircase. Gosh, don't tell me. This is the mansion of the Johns? Wait if this is it, that means I injured one of their servants. "Now, don't be scared." He was in front of me now. He bowed down, greeting me with a smile. Does all the Johns supposed to be handsome? "Why aren't you talking, my lady?"

"I'm shy." I muttered and he giggled. He came closer to me and I stepped back. I can almost feel the door behind me. He carefully grabbed my right arm and let that arm intertwined with his left arm.

"I'll be escorting you to your room, my lady." He said then we went forth, stepping up to the stairs. Everything here was so beautiful, the chandelier, the vases filled with hydrangeas some with lilies and even some with irises. "Here is your room, my lady."

"Thanks." I shortly said. He smiled, bowing down once again and kissed my right hand. I grabbed my hand back and he chuckled.

"Meet me downstairs at 11:30. I'll be waiting." He bowed eown then left. I wonder if he's one of the Johns. If he is then why isn't he at school? I enetered my room and to my surprise everything was white. My suitcases were here. I opened a door and it was filled with clothes.

"A walk-in closet, nice." The clothes weren't mine but some we're really nice so I wonder if I can wear them sometimes. I closed the door, opened another one. This one was a terrace with an amazing view of Vacance, our country or city whatever floats in your mind. "I should wash up first."
