Initiation

It was Gale but his hair wasn't blonde anymore. It was mint green. He came in and took a good look at what I was wearing.

"I heard you questioning what you were wearing so I came in." He sat at my bed. "If you are questioning if that is feminine, I'll call it cute and beautiful instead of feminine." He smirked.

"You sure what I'm wearing is right for the initiation?" He nodded then lied down on my bed. His eyes were closed when I came closer to him.

"I can't be attached." He muttered. Maybe he's undergoing some problems. I shouldn't be intervening, heck I shouldn't even be here. He opened his eyes and his stare that he was giving me was something I can't explain. Those months of training on how a person would do in specific times seems like nothing like this. "I can't get attached with you." He then rose up and walked to the door and went out.

"What just happened?" I muttered.

I fixed what I was wearing and went downstairs to the living room. The Johns were already there and all of them were in semi formal attire. Something like a tuxedo or suit but are not. Gale was already there wearing something like what the other's are wearing. Jake saw me and quickly went to my side, he dragged me to a corner.

"No matter what happens, remmeber this is what we do for every chosen one." He looked at me with the same eyes I always see during the years of our friendship. "But today it may go extreme, so be careful." He kissed my hand then he lead me to where the others were.

"Did you just confessed to her?" Nate said and Henry laughed.

"No, anyway let's get this over and done with." Jake said then sat at one of the chairs. All of them have an individual chair. One was left for me. I sat there and everyone turned serious. Vonn has a book and opened it.

"It's my turn this time around to start this initiation." He turned the page then looked at me. "Raise your right hand and repeat what I say." He said then I raised my right hand. "I state your name."

"I Eri Nicole Ackerman."

"Solemnly swear that I will not say anything."

"Solemnly swear that I will not say anything."

"That is occuring here to the outside world."

"That is occuring here to the outside world." Vonn finally closed the book and threw it behind him.

"Now the official initiation is about to start." Sangster said and everyone made there selves comfoertable at their chairs. "Now we will give you each a dare that you complete with the given time we tell you."

"A dare?" I asked. Gale nodded.

"Yes, a dare. But you need to do it in the given time or else you'll face some severe consequences." Gale said.

"Since you're wearing something feminine for the first time we saw you." Nate said.

"Maybe we'll go easy one you or." Henry added

"Maybe the dare would become more hard for you." Khyle finished. He's staring at me with lust and something more behind it.

"We will go to specific places here in the mansion." Jake said.

"And you need to find us before dawn." Vonn said. As in cue everyone stood up. Jake came closer to me and handed me a card.

"Open it when we are gone from the living room." He said and gave me a wink. All of them left one by one. Some went to the higher floors while some went outside. I looked into the card Jake handed to me.

Initiation - Come and find us first.

"What fresh hell is this?" I muttered and began to read further.

1 - Romeo, Romeo.
Where are you my Romeo.

"Seriously, is this a clue or some sick lyrics." I said containing my laugh.

2 - I can't catch you anymore, anymore

3 - Can you please stay with me?

4 - Accompany me throughout this darkness,
Will you?

5 - Infires, man

6 - Controlling you was one thing but,
Leading you was something much more greater

"There are seven of them, right?" I said then flipped the card. "Oh there it is."

7 - Pretty please?
With you on top.

"I don't even need to ask who's the last one." I muttered. I stood up trying to explore The Johns' mansion.

This is really big how the heck am I supposed to find the first one?

I wandered around the house until I heard a loud sound of a bell ringing on top of the mansion. I looked into my right and saw a clock.

"Shoot, it's already 7 pm." I began running and opening every door I find. I can't fail this initiation. A.I would kill me if I get killed here without even finding who has the virus, yet. "Think Eri, think."

Romeo, Romeo...

"As in Romeo and Juliet?" I muttered. "That scene!" I began running upstairs. "It was on Juliet's balcony!" The only balcony I know here in the mansion was on top of the mansion's tower. Jake mentioned it a lot in the past.

-Flashback-

"And you know on top of the tower, there was this very wide balcony!" He montioned his arms as if stretching it to the ends of the earth. "At first I thought it wasn't a balcony but heck who cares."

"It must be really pretty for you telling me this." I chuckled. He pumped his fist.

"Hell yeah. At night when it's time of the month where there is a full moon. You can see whenever you're in balcony the moon. As if you can almost touch it." His eyes were sparkling and I just laughed at his expressions.

-Present-

I reached the top of the tower, panting trying to catch my breath. It was something like 10 flights of stairs. I really should recommend them building an elevator here.

I opened the door to the balcony. It was really wide, Jake wasn't even kidding. In the end of the balcony was someone. His back was facing me and he was leaning to the supporter of the balcony. He felt my presence and turned around.

"Tired aren't you?"
