I've never really thought on how to die.
Sure, maybe I did but these past few days, when I try to recall my past memories some of those just jumps, like suddenly a few days or even months of my memories are rigged. As if somebody put some random memories on me.
But, why am I even thinking about this kind of stuff right now. When I can practically die any second if I try to move from my location.
-18 hours earlier-
"Toothbrush." Sangster said.
"Check." Everyone said.
"Food." Sangster said.
"Check." Everyone answered.
"You guys better have some." Sangster muttered as he nod to himself.
It was 5 o'clock in the morning and we need to be at school guarding it because apparently the guards had a mini vacation.
"To the limo." Henry said as he jumped towards the limo.
We went in the limo one by one and Nate was the last one to go in since he talked to someone on the phone.
"Who was that?" Gale asked. Nate sighed then rubbed the back of his neck.
"The principal was calling us already."
"Why are they rushing us?" Vonn said then crossed his arms.
"Maybe, he really needs to talk to Eri." Jake said patting my shoulder.
"Last time I checked your uncle is done taking care of our chosen ones." Khyle said while looking at Sangster.
"I don't know everything, I just act like I do, you know?" Sangster sanpped at him.
The limo stopped and we were already at school. We got down while carrying our bags and walk through the halls.
"What are the instructions?" Vonn asked.
"Just guard the school at all cost." Nate said. "Basically, just roam the school grounds making sure that no intruders come." They all nodded.
I felt someone hold at my shoulder and I looked and it was Jake.
"You should get going now. Sangster's uncle is low at patience." And when we turned to Nate and Sangster, they were fighting again over how we almost got late today. "Runs by the family, I guess."
"Yeah, thanks for reminding me." I started walking to the principal's office when someone runs in front of me, stopping me. They were Gale and Khyle.
"Can I come?"
They both said it at the same time and they immdiately looked at one another.
My expression was puzzled and I kust sighed then went through the minor gap between them.
"You guys have better jobs to attend to." I said as I passed by them.
The principal's office was a building away so yeah it took me some time to get there.
I knocked on the door and someone said come in. I opened and went in closing the door behind me. The principal was turning away from me and the seat was big enough to cover his back.
"You can sit doqn, you know." He said and I sat down on the middle part of the sofa before him.
The chair turn around revealing the principal and he was looking at me.
"Who exactly are you?" He asked me. Shocking me.
"Ah, pardon?" I said.
"I know The Johns overlook things like this so that's why I guide them. So, let me ask again. Who are you?" He said.
