*Chloe's POV*
Drawing Joey just makes me love him even more! Some people just don't understand... He's the definition of perfection: his beautiful green eyes, his flawless skin, his bright white teeth, his perfectly styled hair and his slightly tanned and toned body. How much more perfect can you get? As I was daydreaming I realise the time has reached 12.42am... Oops. Oh well I'm pretty much nocturnal so it shouldn't affect me in the morning.
'I was wrong' I said to myself outloud as I dragged my still sleepy body out of bed at 7.30am. At least it's Friday, and I have art second lesson so I can just draw Joey again. Fridays always seem the longest as I slowly walked into school at 8.45am. But I woke up a bit when I saw my friend Bethany and knew she would share my excitement over the competition, considering she is a fellow Fangirl.
It was in last lesson I realised I needed to stop thinking about Joey... Seriously, I even see some of him in my RE teacher! I have to win this competition! I was knocked out of my trance by the sound of the bell ringing. It was finally the end of the week, so I ran to my bus stop tripping over the same flagstone as I always do, to try and catch the early bus but I missed it like always. As I sat waiting for the next one I thought to myself 'It might be a good idea to actually ask my mam if I can go to LA if I win, she'll probably say no though'
It felt like the longest hour of my life waiting for her to get home so I could ask her, I knew she could see the anxiety on my face as she asked 'What do you want now?' She knew I was up to something, I quietly replied 'If I were to win this competition... Would you let me go to LA?' I waited for what felt like forever but in reality was about 5 seconds until she burst out laughing 'Haha yeah of course and I'll get a tattoo when you do haha'
Well that really lowered my hopes, my mam getting a tattoo is the last resort for anything. I think I've finally come to reality...
