Chapter 24: Break ups and Makeouts

"Okay so what's happened then?" I asked Jungkook as we sat on my bed. He look down. "I'll start from the beginning." He said before taking a deep breath and closing his eyes. "Okay so just after you left I started to feel strange things, feelings, that I don't even know to start explaining so I kept them inside and one night like a week ago or something like that Kiko and I were talking and I told her about these strange feelings and we had this massive fight and broke up." He said looking down, tears slipping down his cheeks. I felt so sorry for him. I pulled him into a bear hug as he sobbed into my shoulder. "Y'know what the worst thing is thought?" He said. "She doesn't even like me back, the girl that I'm having the strange feelings for I mean." He said with his head in my shoulder. I stroked his head. "How do you know? Did you ask her?" I asked. He shook his head. "No but she has a boyfriend and he's a great guy and I just. Aigoo." He said as he flopped onto the bed. I smiled sadly. "Well then she isn't important if she's going out with some guy and he must not be that great because it's not you." I said patting his shoulder. He sat up. "You really think so?" He asked. I nodded. "I know so. This girl isnt worth it not if she cant see how great you are." I said repeating myself. "Oh but she is. I know it sounds stupid and I thought I had found love with Kiko but I didn't it was her all along and I tried masking my feelings for her with the feelings I thought I had for Kiko but it didn't work." He said partially yelling. "So you've had these feelings for this girl for a while?" I asked. He nodded. "Yes but they got there first. And she likes him so what's the point." He ranted. I pulled him close. "Forget about her Kookie." I sighed hugging him. I hated seeing him cry he's my best friend for Pete's sake.

He looked up at me and apologised for crying. I told him to stop apologising because I know what a broken heart feels like and I hate it. I feel broken right now without Jimin here. "Bandit?" Jungkook asked. "Hmm?" I asked looking down at him. "I love you." He said. I giggled. "I love you too Kookie." I said giggling. "No, no, no. I love you." He said. I laughed and kissed the side of his head. "Yes, yes, yes I know. Kookie and I love you too but I love Jimin more." I said. He sighed. "I know." He sighed. I frowned. What happened next shocked me. He kissed me. I pulled back and looked at him shocked. "What was that for?" I asked. "Because I love you but shhhh don't tell Jimin." He said before leaning in again. "No Kookie I can't." I said pushing him away. "Why?" He asked tears welling up in his eyes. "Because I love Jimin."
