"Well, well well, I guess I didn't miss the fun after all." Lucifer was in the form of an elderly looking male. His brilliant green eyes were just as captive as Marco's, my so called guardian angel. He stood by his side with his head held to the ground. "Marco?" I sad through clenched teeth. He avoided looking at me."Agh, I see you met my son, Marcovex. Your Father and mother aren't the only one who's been busy with their parenting life. You see he's just my little puppet who does my dirty work for me; like keeping a close eye on you. For I could not get too close to you or my safety would have been in danger and that wouldn't be good, now would it?"  Lucifer says with a fake pout.

"That sneaky son of a..." my fathers voice trailed off as black and blue flames licked up his body. His black cloak put his face in total darkness. His scythe appeared in his bony, skeleton hands. It was sharper and more menacing looking than ever before. My mother took that moment to change into her battle gear. Her enchanted holy weapon caught the light of the sun casting rainbows off it. Aramis growled and stomped his huge paws. His claws dug in the ground with aggravation.

"You monster!" I screamed out while sending a blast of my rage in his direction. At that moment my body was forced to the ground. "Layla!" exclaimed my mom, and dad. Poor Aramis could only howl and yelp. Lucifer laughed at them and says, "You fools, her time is up being locked up in a cage. Now its time to see who she truly is."  A circle of strange white flames surrounded my body keeping the others from reaching me. I than saw a flash of vibrant red and that's when Marco pulled out my cloak.

"Beanie!" I gasped out through the harsh pressure in my chest.

I needed to get to it. If not I would probably have a mental and physical breakdown.

Layla listen  to us.

Lib, Vix?! I spoke to them. It felt good to hear their voices again. I kind of missed them always going at it in my head. This time as they spoke, it was in unison.

You need to do what Marco told you, remember about embracing your true self. You cant keep locking up inside. If you hold back for too long you might go off like a ticking time bomb. There's no telling what you'll become afterwards.

Their words struck me as odd.

No, why should I listen to him? He practically is the seed of the devil. I couldn't possibly....

Listen here, we don't have time for an explanation on who's right or wrong right now...Vix don't be so harsh on her!...Do you have any other plans Lib because right now his army is already waiting for the portal to earth to open up.

Hold on, what portal? They ignored me and continued with their conversation.

Fine, I understand but shouldn't she have a choice..

There was a long silence until Vix spoke again. Okay, Layla-Fia we won't pressure you into changing into your true form. As you suspect with your hair changing colors, the transformation is trying to force its way out of you, ever sense you lost your beanie. But your transformation cant be truly complete unless you accept it. Will you accept or ignore fate?

I went over what she said a couple of more times. Either way I had no choice. If I fought it, my transformation will be forced and I might become evil. But if I accept there's no telling what I could become.

I stole a glance at Aramis. His eyes were filled with worry. He paced back and forth on the other side of the flames. "Lucifer, leave her alone!" my mother said through clenched teeth. Her eyes began to glow white like the fire. He laughs, " I wish I could, but this is  not my doing. I'm only waiting to see what the outcome is, as you are." his green eyes sparkled with amusement.
