“Elena, today’s dishes are all of your favorites! Remember to have more alright!” I can’t believe my eyes that practically all of my favorites are on the table but more shockingly is that his dinning table is big enough to place every one of them, “Thanks uncle! You’re the best!” It must have cost him quite a lot though but since he’s the CEO of Victoria Secrets, it’s peanuts to him. “Haha anything for you my dear!” I turned and gave him a kiss on the cheek “Oh, so everyone got a kiss except for me huh?” I turned and saw Chance pouting but it’s useless on me, too bad “But everyone except you Chance have a present for me” “So if I have a present for you then I’ll get the kiss, am I right?” I wonder what he’s thinking but I doubt that he’d get a present for me since I’ve never received one from him. “Yea, you can say so in a way…” Gosh, I swear I saw the biggest grin on his face. Something tells me that something bad is going to happen. He reached his hands down to beside his chair and grabbed a bag up. Oh god, don’t tell me that he got one for me. “Hmm you said it! I’m glad that I listened to my dad and brought a present for you!” God! Save me why did I every said yes?! I’m so stupid, I should’ve known when he asked me that question! Urgh! “Fine! What did you get me?” I took the bag and opened it, turns out he got me a watch… “A watch?” “Yea a watch” To be honest I’m not into watch and in fact I’ve never worn them “Oh my god! Is that Breguet’s limited edition watch that came out just last month?” Suddenly my mum said shockingly. What brand is that? I’ve never even heard of it? “Yes it is I manage to get it through a friend though it did cost me quite an amount but it’s worth it.” He turned and winked at me. “There are only 5 of those in the world! It’s amazing how you could get one of them Chance.” “Yea, I was lucky” I didn’t think that he’ll get something for me that is nevertheless so expensive “Okay! Now lets start the dinner!”

“Mm ... It was the best dinner I’ve ever had! Thanks uncle!” “You’re welcome!” “Elena I heard that you want to search for your real parents am I right?” I guess It was Chance that told him since he was outside the room for nobody knows how long “Yea…” “Have you ever thought of being a model for my company? I’ve been wanting to ask you for quite sometime and it will also be easier for you to search for your real parents.” What? Me? A model? Impossible! “What? She as a model? You’re joking right dad?” Chance replied before I could, and I’m not quite happy with what he said… “Chance! I’m asking her not you!” Whoa that was the first time I’ve hears uncle raised his voice, he must have been seriously pissed of by what Chance had said. “I don’t think I can uncle plus I’m not that pretty…” I said with an awkward smile, “Oh, don’t you dare lie to me! You’re even more prettier than most of my Victoria Secret’s Angel” He smiled, What? It’s impossible the Angels are much more prettier than me in every ways! “It’s impossible!” suddenly he smirked and said, “Of course it’s impossible if you continue to pretend to look like a nerd but, If you take off those thick fake glasses and un-braid your hair it’ll be definitely possible.” How did he know that my glasses are fake? God! I should’ve known that this is expected from the CEO of Victoria secrets. “What? Her glasses are fake?” Chance said while looking shocked “Err, Yea it is…” “Elena, why not you un-braid your hair and take off your glasses” uncle said all of a sudden, But there’s no way I could’ve rejected a request from him…”Fine…” I slowly un-braided my hair and took my glasses and Chance was shocked when he saw how I looked. My parents and uncle Robinson doesn’t seem shock at all. “See, you are beautiful it’s just that you choose to hide it. I’ll give you sometime to think over it okay but don’t disappoint me” He smiled but I think that I’ll be good If I can stop acting like who I’m not. Chance on the other hand look as though he was in trance and I couldn’t be bothered with him. “Okay I’ll give it a thought” “That’s great!” I turned and look at my parents they seemed happy since when I was young they always told me to be a model and not waste my looks but ever since I went into “Nerd Mode” they stop asking.

“Why did you hide your looks?” Chance said, It seemed like he was finally out of trance but there’s no need to hide it from him the reason since everyone practically knows “I was bullied.” He seemed shocked and said “Just because you were bullied that you let your beauty go to waste?” whoa why is he so agitated? But that also seemed like something my parents would've asked but never did. “I don’t know but it was really hard on me in that period of time and all I wanted was to not stand out…” Chance opened his mouth wanting to say something but uncle cut him “Elena, its getting late why not you go up and rest? You and your parents and staying here for the night.” “Okay…” Good excuse for me to avoid Chance since he still looked pissed. “Mum, Dad, Let’s go up” “Alright sweetie” my parents smiled and we went back to our room but before I went to my room my mum said that I should not hide from who I am and that I should be brave and follow what I really want. I understood what she meant and even till today the suppressed part of me really wanted to be a model. But I can’t decide…
