I woke up to my usual routine with my mum knocking on the door profusely. "Urgh! I'm up mom!" I groaned while getting myself out of bed, heading towards the bathroom. My legs felt better after the tip from Chance, I mentally made a note to thank Chance later on. Staring into my reflection in the mirror, I looked horrendous... No, horrendous is an understatement I looked disastrous!



My hair looked like it's been through a tornado; they were sticking up in weird directions and with leaves stuck in them. I wondered how they even got there, must have fell on my way home. I shrugged. Moving on, I have huge eye bags and dark eye circles making me look like a panda... really... And what's worse is that Chance is coming later for dinner and I look like a d- Wait! What was that thought? I can't be falling for Chance am I? Yes you are! Admit it! He's hot and that kiss was breath-taking.



Ahh! I mentally screamed at myself! My heart to be exact! I can't be thinking of something like this at a point like this! While my brain was having an inner argument with my heart my mom was knocking on the door, breaking me out of that stupid argument I can't believe I just had with myself which was totally ridiculous now that I think about it. I couldn't be falling for Chance right? I mean, He's a total jerk for how he treated me and the typical Mr. Popular playboy jock that goes by the rule 'Hump and Dump'.



"Darling are you done? Leah just called to remind you that you're meeting her at 7 in school." My mum shouted through the door since it was locked. I looked towards the clock and oh shit! It's 6:38A.M I run my hand through my 'tornado has just passed' hair and quickly get into the bath and prepare myself into my 'Nerd Look' before dashing out.



I didn't even look or take a glance at the killer heels that Katie said, I was 'supposedly' to be wearing 24/7 everyday because there was no way in hell that I'm going to go school with those! Just imagine a nerd wearing heels and what's more it's the newest edition of Jimmy Choo! Unimaginable right? Precisely the problem!



"Mum I'm skipping breakfast! Going to be late! Bye!" I shouted to my mum with running down the stairs. "Alright sweetie. Take care and I love you!" She said while giving me her 100-watt smile. "Okay I will! Love you too!"



Once out of my house I headed to my garage to my car even though it's labeled as " Antique rundown and unusable" But hey, I got it on a sale and as long as it can get me to my destination I don't mind the occasional breakdown that comes with it.



When I got into the car I immediately sped to school and it was by far my best record. Usually It would take me at least 15 to get to school and today I reach school in a record breaking 6 minutes which was insane! I swear that Leah always never failed to push my limits which was a good thing from what she said.



I was constantly looking at the mirror to check it there's any traffic police behind me since god knows what speed I was driving at. But it's weird though, when I was speeding I felt the adrenaline pumping through my body and it felt so damn fantastic. The fear, wind and freedom combined together while speeding were like heaven to me.

Even though it was wrong, it felt so right at the same time.



Okay back to reality. I saw a very when I mean very I meant extremely pissed off Leah in front of my car where I had just parked it. I immediately snapped my face to my watch and it was 7:08A.M incase you're wondering, yes my car doesn't have a clock but since I constantly wore a watch it wasn't that much big of a deal to me.



I walked out of the car guiltily heading towards Leah while mentally preparing my will. Leah is scary when she's mad, I swear she's like the devil incarnated when you seriously pissed her off, and unfortunately I think I just did.



"Hey! Leah!" I said while giving her my brightest smile in an attempt to save myself, which was an obvious failed attempt ."You don't 'Hey' me girl! Did you know I was waiting for?" she took a glance at her watch and said, "approximately 10 minutes!" She said while staring daggers at me which was a very common thing considering that I was almost late every time.



"It was only 8 minutes." I mumbled softly under my breath thinking how this conversation seemed like it was between mother and a daughter. "What did you just say? Would you mind repeating it again for me?" Leah said while raising one of her eyebrow. "N-No I wasn't saying anything!.. So what did you want to talk about?" I immediately replied with an attempt to change the topic and it seemed successful as her expression immediately soften.



"Yea, There's something important that I have to tell you." She said dryly while looking down at the ground avoiding my eyes. Something immediately tells me something was wrong and it is definitely serious.



"You see Elena, I'm leaving...Migrating to New Zealand along with my family. And we're leaving on Wednesday." I gasped at that sentence that came out from her mouth.



What do she mean by migrating? She can't serious? What about me? What about her life here? And why is she migrating all of a sudden? And wait! Wednesday? It's two days fromnow? This can't be happening!
