I watched as Benny came back, and he was distant you could say. He mumbled something, but apparently Ham heard him and yelled at us to base up. I went to Left field and Benny went to the batting area. He looked over at all of us and his eyes were glazed over. I stood there not bothering to try to catch his balls because they were going no farther than Squints, which was short because he's only 2nd base.

"Hey you guys!!! I gotta get home!" I lied smoothly.

"Bye Smalls!" everyone yelled.

"HEY! Wait Smalls, let me come with you!" Yeah-Yeah yelled.

I waited up for him and he jogged to my side. Soon we were walking towards our house and Yeah-Yeah decided to talk about random things, like Squints crush on Wendy and Zoey, how he liked Jackie and how I like Tiger-Lily. I rolled my eyes as he went through everyone's crush. I looked at him and he was staring at the house that was coming up. I saw Aqua sitting on the porch step with her sisters and brothers. I saw her brother , I think it his name, was pointing our way. She turned around and me and Yeah-Yeah smiled at her, and she waved us over. Yeah-Yeah and I looked at each other and ran over there.

"Hey guys!" she smiled. It seemed like nothing was wrong until you looked in her eyes, sadness and anger would hold you deep in.

"Yeah-Yeah we were just talking about everyone's crush!" Yeah-Yeah said.

I rolled my eyes, "Yea sadly he was acting like a girl,"

She laughed, her head thrown back. I could easily say that she was the prettiest girl I've ever met. Her eyes were a pretty blue, like the ocean. Her hair curled naturally and felt like silk all the time. Her skin never seemed to burn and she was always a beautiful brown color. Her lips were plump and red. Her cheeks had high cheek bones and a light pink was always on them. I don't like her the way Benny does, she's more like an older sister that is incredibly beautiful.

"Soo Aqua, that pickle you did today. How in the world did you learn to do that?" I asked.

"Yeah-Yeah!! You did it better than Benny could!!" Yeah-Yeah exclaimed.

"Thanks! I learned it from my dad and my grandpa," she smiled thinking about them.

"Strike Out. Dad is home, He might come out here-" Alex got cut off.

"You talking about me again Angel??" a big black man said, he looked so much like Jackie Robinson.

"Y-You are J-J-Jackie R-R-Robinson! Aqua why didn't you tell us!!" I yelled.

"Yeah-Yeah!!' Yeah-Yeah yelled agreeing with me.

She looked down and then looked back up at her dad and glared at him. He chuckled and shook his head. I could see the similarities between them. She had curly hair hair like her dad. And their personality's were so much a like. I wondered who was her grandfather if her father was THE Jackie Robinson. Her dad smiled at us and in his eyes you could see anger and over protectiveness.

"So. What are you guys doing here?" he asked, his voice tight.

"DAD! I invited them from the streets!!" she exclaimed.

"We wanted to see if she was ok," I said.

"And why wouldn't she be?" he said sternly.
