"Anonymous said: Hey! I love your writing! Do you think you could do an imagine where you're married and have a young child/baby but then luke becomes distant; he parties, drinks a lot more and sometimes cheats and then after a while you figure out what happens and leave with the child. And then he realises what he did and you make it extremely hard for you to forgive him and he is devastated. Then it's up to you to decide then ending!"

It has been a year since you and Luke got married. Now you have your first born daughter who's six months old.

While you were pregnant Luke spoiled you everyday. He said that he just wanted what's good for the baby. But a lot of things happened after giving birth.

The first three month Luke was willing to help with changing your daughters diaper and losing sleep just to sing a lullaby to your daughter. The three of you were happy back then.

Now it's the opposite. Luke started to come home late, he never wanted to do anything with his daughter, he drinks, he goes to parties and he cheats on you. At first you forgave him but it seems that apologizing about him cheating became a habit now. As if he didn't care about your feelings anymore.

"Luke can you please just act like a father to our daughter? I'm the one doing everything around here. I need your help!"

He scoffed. "Y/N give me a break. I'm in a band. I work every day and I get tired too. Do you think I have time for silly games like looking after our daughter?"

This made your blood boil. "Oh yeah? And so what about all the parties that you go to? All the drinking that you do? All the cheating you do? You don't have time for your daughter but you have time to do those things? Really Luke?"

"Oh please, those are for work Y/N. I wouldn't be going to those parties if it wasn't for work. And how many times do I have to tell you that those girls mean nothing to me?"

"Fine, whatever. Do what you want."

You turned your back away from him and headed to your daughters room. In there you cried. You and Luke were so happy back then. He used to be in your reach and now he's definitely out of your reach.

He's been neglecting you and your daughter for quite a long time and you've had enough.

In each passing day you started not to care about what Luke is doing and he didn't care about yours either. Everyday you're contacting apartments that has an opening for just you and your daughter. It took awhile to find an apartment but after a week, you were finally able to get one.

You decided that you'd pack your things and bring your daughter with you. Luke will get what he wants, and that is freedom. He will finally be free. It was a good timing since Luke has a gig to go to in the nearby town and won't be back until Monday.

This was your opportunity. "Goodbye Luke." You whispered looking at one of your pictures displayed in the house. You looked at the place one more time before heading out.

Back in the gig that Luke's playing at he was having so much fun. It was almost like he was back to being a teenager again and forgetting that he's a father and a husband. "Oh man I missed this."

"Hey mate, shouldn't you check on Y/N in case she needs you?"

"Don't worry about it Ash, I'm sure she's fine."

Michael, Ashton and Calum looked at each other with worried written across their faces. "Luke you're our best mate and all but, don't you think this is enough? Y/N needs her husband and your daughter needs a father. Maybe you should go home."

"How many times do I have to tell you guys that she'll be fine. They'll both be fine without me."

"You're taking her for granted Luke." Stated Michael. There was a hint of coldness in his tone. Luke just shrugged and kept partying.

After the gig Luke came back home into a lifeless place that he used to call home. He called out your name but you didn't answer back. He looked at the closet where your shoes were supposed to be in and it wasn't there.

Luke started to panic. He then ran up to your bedroom and checked if your clothes were still here. But just like the shoes, your clothes were gone as well. Luke then realized his mistake of being so distant.

He cried in the bedroom the two of you once shared. He looked over the lamp table and saw an envelope. It was addressed to him.

He tore the envelope open and read the letter.

Dear Luke,

By the time you read this your daughter and I will be out of your life forever. I don't know what happened to us Luke, we used to be happy but now... It's like you don't even want me or your daughter anymore. I asked myself everyday what am I doing wrong? Am I not trying hard enough? Then it came to my mind that you were probably sick of me and wanted someone better. Someone who'll make you happy cause clearly, I can't do that. You kept on cheating on me, meaning that you didn't even consider my feelings about it, it was always your feelings that came first. But you don't have to worry about any of those now.

Thank you for making me happy even if it didn't last long. Thank you for the memories. And thank you for being my husband. Your daughter and I will always love you with our whole heart. I'll mail our divorce papers once I'm settled in my new apartment. Don't worry Luke, you'll finally be free to do whatever you want. You'll just have to wait for the divorce papers.

Your soon to be ex-wife,
Y/N Hemmings

Luke cried once he finished reading the letter. He wanted to cry the moment he opened it but he wanted to read what you've said. But after that he hugged the letter tightly to his chest. You loved him so much and he did too. But he didn't love you enough to keep you by his side.

He promised himself that he will find you and make things right. Hoping it's not too late to fix his mistakes.
