i'm sorry if you thought this was an update and i disappointed you.
but there's a few important things;
first of all, thank you! for all the reads [i believe 1.21k at the moment (edit: my phone keeps changing the number displayed wow i hate my phone)], the votes, comments and recommendations. i have had messages about how people like this, and what they think is going to happen. it means a lot to me that people are reading this, sharing it with their friends, and taking the time to talk to me about it. i know there's such bigger fanfictions out there: but 1.21k is a lot of people. thank you for being patient with the slow updates, too!
most people know by now how much i hate crowned love. i think the plot is bad, and the writing far worse. i have mentioned how it will be rewritten. i'm unsure when this will end [hopefully soon], nor when the rewrite will be written/out. but it will be, once i have other stories out of the way, and i can find motivation to finish this.
when i first wrote the first few chapters of this, i did not expect it to be read, you see. it was just an idea that i had, after i left the site quotev, the time i was writing gay fanfiction for the first time. honestly, i never expected people to like it.
however, at the moment, i have a story up that i know i enjoy writing, and that i want to write. updating crowned love feels like more of a task, which is why i considered dropping it for so long. this new story, which is called pretty brown eyes, is one i love writing. it bases around the supernatural element, but it is a jalex story.
