Prologue
Report# 00000000001
I often questioned the decisiveness of human beings and whether their judgment was in fact based on their moral ingenuity. I found it hard to believe they contained souls when so often they lied, cheated, and murdered. How could a race of such complexity and significance disrupt the very genes that made them superior?
For as long as I can remember, I studied the human race, awaiting the moment their insightfulness and prosperity would display themselves so keenly. I roamed the sea of lifeless monsters who took what they wanted and failed to see the consequences of their actions. The human race had extinguished into Bad Code.
Because of their ignorance, the worst war earth had ever seen broke out in full fledge, killing almost the entire population. Yet, there is still hope.
I have come up with a solution.
Those who survived are all under the age of eighteen. They are frightened, worried, anxious. So I'm stepping in to help make their future brighter than that of their ancestors.
It will begin the moment Amelia Verano, the eldest of the survivors, wakes up on her eighteenth birthday with Words written on the side of her ribcage: The first words her soulmate will say to her.
This is the beginning of the new world.
