The bus pulls in front of the students with a loud hiss, opening its doors to allow them inside. Sarah steps on, her usual outfit drawing the usual attention. But...something's different today. The stares are more confused than cautious. Pondering this, she spots an empty seat and takes it. Jackson sits down right next to her.

She closes her eyes, crosses her arms, and leans her head back against the cool window. Her eyes are closed, but she is still able to feel the gaze of others. Her lids slide open to find the shy pinkette from the day before looking at her, head tilted in curiosity. Once she realizes that she's been staring, she jumps and quickly averts her gaze.

"Murasaki-Chan?" Jackson asks, to which the girl turns her head. " Are you in any clubs?"

Sarah sighs at the question. "No." she answers shortly.

"You ever thought of joining one?" he asks.

"No." she says again.

"Why not?" Sarah looks at the boy, trying to determine whether he is serious or not. Once she realizes that the boy has no idea, she decides to oblige.

"Clubs are stupid." She answers. "It's just an excuse for bored people to hang out."

"Well, at least it's something to do." the blonde chuckles.

Sarah looks at him from the corner of her eye. "Any particular reason that you're asking me about this?" she sighs.

"Well...." he starts, rubbing the back of his neck and pursing his lips in thought. "I was thinking about joining one, and I was wondering if you had any suggestions."

"It depends," she sighs, turning her head to look at him. "What kind of club are you looking for?"

"Well...." He starts, looking up in thought. "I'd like something fun.....Something that isn't too serious, and allows goofing off.....but it also has to have a purpose." He turns his head to look back at Sarah. "Goofing off can't be the only reason for the club's exsistence. It has to have a meaning.....help others in some way...."

Sarah turns her head, a curious look crossing her face. A few moments pass before she opens her mouth to speak. "Well, what do you find fun?" she asks, trying to get a better idea of the kind of club would suit Jackson.

"Hmmm....." the blond thinks aloud. "Well..... I like  art......and music..... Oh, I also like to read and write."

Sarah gives the boy a strange look at the word "read." He didn't really strike her as a bibliophile. "Anything else?" She asks.

"Uhhhh.....yeah. I also like anime and manga!"

Sarah raises an eyebrow. "You like anime?"

Jackson sends the purple haired girl a closed eye smile. "Yep! Watching subbed is how I learned Japanese!"

Sarah falls out of her seat at this. "You okay, Murasaki-Chan?" the blond asks, leaning over to look at the girl now lying on the floor. Rubbing her head, Sarah mumbles something that Jackson is unable to hear. "What was that?" he asks.
