Chapter 2

After school I walked out of seventh period thinking about things that happened today.

I can't believe I actually made a friend today and she doesn't ignore me like most people do.

I walk into the school parking lot where all the students cars are and look for my brothers car. I spot him and walk over to him and get into the car.

"How was your day?" He asked starting up the car.

I was a little confused why he was being nice to me after what happened this morning.

"Um fine?" I said more as a question.

I was in my room on bed listening to beside you by 5Sos and I glanced up at my window and decided to sneak out for awhile and take a walk around the block like I always do when I need to think things through about my life.

I slipped my iPod in my pocket and walked over to my window quietly sliding it open jumping out of it.

I was walking along the sidewalk and just listening to my music until I hear a familiar voice..

Then I realized it wasn't just a familiar voice it was my long lost friend.

I looked behind me to find the one and only Jacob sartorius coming over to me.

"Hey, what are you doing all alone out here?" He asked smiling showing he braces.

"Um just walking?" I say and roll my eyes and start walking away until I'm stopped once again.

"Wait!" He hollers over my music

"What?" I say looking at him tempted just to walk away from him.

"What's your name?" He asked

Oh wow. He doesn't even remember me. Of course.

"Jade white? I go to your school." I say rudely and annoyingly

He stands there shocked then he speaks up..

"It's really you I thought I'd never see you again." He says smiling

"Yeah I need to go back home I don't have time for this." I say walking away.

"See you at school tomorrow!" He hollers

I just ignore him and head back
home.

I reach my bedroom window and open it quickly because I just want to go to sleep.

I checked my iPod to see what time it was. My eyes go wide seeing it's already 9:30 I go over to my dresser and slip on some grey joggers and a white V neck and pull my hair back into a messy high pony tail.

After I was done I run over to my bed and jump in mind air landing on my bed with a thud with my face in my pillow I wrap up in my covers and feel myself drift off into a trance.
