Chapter 17

|Jacob's POV|

I got out of bed tired as fuck, only because I didn't sleep half the night.

I quickly hopped in the shower, washing my body and hair before getting out.

I get out, wrapping a towel around my waste going over to the sink and brushing my teeth. Once I finished I walked over to my closet getting out some clothes and putting them on.

  I quickly quiff my hair up, spraying on some Cologne, and grabbing my stuff walking down the stairs.

"Don't forget you have detention today." My mom said reading the news paper, sipping her coffee

"I know, mom." I said with a smart tone.

"Don't smart me. Your the one who got in a fight over a stupid girl." She said standing up putting her cup in the sink.

"She's not stupid mom, I love her and you should know that." I say calmly not wanting to get mad.

"Oh please, Jacob your to young to know what love is." She said rolling her eyes.

"Mom I'm about to be 17, I'm not young anymore." I said getting annoyed.

"Whatever Jacob, get out and go to school." She said as she walked back over to the table.

I sighed and walked outside, slamming the door on the way out.

My moms never liked Jade, and I don't even know why, because Jade is so perfect and I really do love her.

I hear footsteps behind me and slowly turn around. Seeing the beautiful face I love.

"Hey, Jade." I said, as I pecked her soft lips, intertwining out hands together.

"Hey." She said flashing her million dollar smile.

We walked to school not saying a word, but it wasn't akward silence, it was nice silence.

I slowly pulled away from her and looked her in her beautiful eyes.

"I have to go to detention babe, I'm sorry." I said kissing her lips gently.

"It's fine." She said with a smile.

I hugged her and walked to detention.

"Mr sartorius?" The principle said motioning me to sit down.

I sat down and he took out some papers and wrote down some things.

After a while of sitting in akward silence someone comes through the door..

"Ah, Colten waters why are you late?" The principle asked with a stern look.

"Oh, um I woke up late sir." He said and looked over at me and smirked.

He sat down beside me, as the principle layed down his pen and looked up at us.

"So, may I ask how this fight even occurred?" The principle asked us placing his hands on his desk.

  "Well, you see me and my girlfriend Jade white, we were walking into school and he came up to us and started picking on her so I stepped in and I punched him." I said truthfully

"Well, is this true Colten?" The principle asked directing his eyes over to Colten.

"Well, yes sir." Colten said

"Did you punch back Colten?" The principle asked him.

"No sir, he just started beating the shit out of me and I couldn't fight back." He said with a smirk which made my jaw drop.

"That's not true!" I said standing up.

"uh, quite frankly yes it is!" Colten said standing up also.

"Boys! Sit down now!" The principle yelled making us sit down.

"Now, Jacob I'm going to have to suspend you." The principle said looking at me while I shook my head in disbelief.

"You can't do that! Colten also hit me to you know"

"Well, you did throw the first punch."  The principle said as I saw Colten smirking in the corner of my eye.

This is so stupid, I can't believe Colten made up a lie just to get fun out of it, I mean hasn't he had enough of messing our lives up?

"Now, go to class you too, your detention is off because I'm busy, and remember Jacob your suspended tomorrow until further notice." He said as I made my way out the door.

"What the fuck Colten?" I said once we got outside.

"What..." He said with his annoying smirk, trying to be innocent.

"You know what I'm talking about! Haven't you had enough of messing my life up?" I said

He just smirked and walked off, as I rolled my eyes and huffed.

I just wish he would leave me alone....
