Perseverance

I've stopped the me who once was. Cleared my pallet and banished the fuzz.
Used to give up so easily just because.
Tuned everyone out, walked away with shoulder shrugs.
Now I open my eyes to a new day balanced with hope from above.
Our species knows empathy, but there are times when I believe nobody does.
So journey through valleys of pine and shrubs.
Run through the flowers, mosses and bugs.
Glide with the breeze under feathers of doves.
Find faith pulsating with an all natural buzz.
Never let your inferior begin to push and shove.
Go your own way through this moment of perseverance guided by Gods love.
