Today I was buying my first car. I would be getting my license at the end of the week, and I was excited to the point of madness. Meghan had cheerfully accepted my request at them joining me, while Adrienne rolled her eyes and just followed. There was something to be said about opposite friends being well fitted.

So now I was flipping through a car magazine and throwing glances out to the parking lot. There is this hot mechanic dude that was strolling around the car pack. Hot enough for me to check out, but not enough for me to ask his number. I turned my attention back into the glass office we sat in.

The office was painfully tidy. It made me conscious about the lining of dirt on Meghan's high-cut Nike's and my Converses. Adrienne's flats were spotless as usual. I mentally rolled my eyes.

"So, what car are you getting?" I understood Meghan's excitement. She was a year younger than me, so her dad wouldn't let her buy a car. Adrienne was a year younger than Meghan, and didn't really care who was in the driver seat, so long as she reached her destination.

"I was thinking Mercedes, but that's a bit to flashy." I admitted. I flipped a couple more pages.

"Porsche?" Adrienne suggested.

Meghan and I gave her a stare at the same time. Her eyes widened slightly as she understood. "Sorry." She muttered. Going back to, whatever she was doing. Texting probably. I wonder who.

"What are you doing?" I asked Adrienne in a teasing voice. Her face turned pink slightly.

"Nothing. Just texting mom." She lied quickly. She was such a bad liar, even a blind person would tell the difference. Meghan nudged me. We were on to something.

"Liar." Meghan barked. "Give me the phone then." Adrienne blushed even deeper and put her phone in her Chanel handbag. Meghan made a dive for Adrienne, strangling her and getting her in a headlock, while I snatched the handbag and pulled her S3 out.

"Well, well, well. Adrienne has been busy." I said to Meghan. Meghan let go of Adrienne and bounded over to me. We stood at the opposite end of the white, office couch.

I proceeded to read the first text I saw. The recipients name is Benjamin. Oooh. I gave a googly eye to Adrienne before reading it out, for Meghan's benefit, and to see Adrienne blush deeper. I was going for red, and right now she was electric pink.

"Hey babe. When can we meet up?" I read aloud. Meghan made an exaggeration on the word 'awe'. I've never hear anyone say it so stupidity, and yet humorously. I must be looseing my mind, or was Meghan looking hers.

I tossed back the phone and she caught it easily, good reflexes. She shoved in her jeans pocket and turned in the other direction.

"Oh come on Addy." Meghan whined, using Adrienne's despised baby name. It was entertaining to us though. "Who is he? Where is he? What is he? When is..."

"Okay!" Adrienne cut Meghan off. She didn't mind, that was the exact outcome that she wanted. To psyche Adrienne up enough to tell us the details.

But all that had to wait. As the head salesman walked into his office and took a seat. I realized I still hadn't picked a car. Great. That probably meant another hour of hanging out in his office- which by the way, is freezing.

I envied the varsity jacket on Meghan, and cursed myself for leaving my parka at home. Even Adrienne had a turtleneck sweater on. My Ralph Lauren polo shirt didn't make the cut for warmth.

"Good day ladies." He said in a salty voice. He glanced at us briefly then gave a short stare. I felt weird standing while he was seated, so I sat on the white office couches, pulling Meghan down with me. Adrienne sat down calmly in one of the vintage arm chairs near the window. Which was everywhere, since the walls were all tinted glass. Allowing you to see all the cars that were put on display.

"Hi, I'm Khaimon." I spoke in a voice that I normally used when discussing important issues with business men. "I came by to view the cars you have on display, but unfortunately, none of them are to my liking."

His eyebrows shot up, like he couldn't believe the cars in the lot were out of my taste. I've been in most of those cars, and although they look great, I wanted something foreign to me. "So, what do you have in mind?" He asked, sounding a little pained by the situation. He was quite young to have this position I should say.

"Something new to your stock maybe?" I asked politely, trying to get him to ease up. His left eyebrow shifted up, and a stare from me made him drop the expression. He was definitely too young for this. I already felt annoyed at him. First coming in late, then the annoying faces. He should be fired.

"I'm sorry but I can't help you." He sighed heavily and shifted some papers. "The new cars are very expensive, why don't I show you our Ford collection?" This time, Meghan's eyebrows were the ones to rise.

"Good luck getting her to buy a Ford." She laughed. The salesman looked annoyed as ever. Serves him right. "She ain't buying no Ford. Just show us the cars new in stock." When he didn't answer Meghan stood up and walked to his desk. "If you don't want us to buy a car here, we can always go to Dubai or somewhere and get it on duty free."

We all stood up to walk out. Meghan was halfway to the door. "Wait. I'll let you see the latest stock. You can browse through, and I'll give you the prices." Meghan turned around with the biggest smirk in the world, plastered on her face with super glue.

We walked into this large warehouse with linoleum floors, and more glass walls. Although these ones were tinted with reflectors. You could see yourself very well from the outside, while everyone inside watched. It was quite funny to watch several of the workmen do this.

"This here is our Porsche collection," He gestured at the row. I heard Meghan mutter something like 'Pass'. It seems that all the good cars were being hidden away. The previous year models were the ones parked outside.

"Here is our Mercedes collection." He gestured at the long line of sleek-and business looking- cars. I shook my head and proceeded on to the other line of cars. On the end of the line was the sexiest looking car I've ever seen.

"What's that car?" I asked the salesman as I pointed to the long line of similar looking cars. The car was black with a sky blue line running on it's outline and over the wheels. The wheels were ice black and looked very hot. The rims were also black, glossy black, and could rotate even when the wheels were not moving. The glass and windscreen were darkly tinted, made me think of all the ninjas movies that we would watch.

Before the salesman could answer, Meghan breathed in deeply and cut in. "That's a Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse. It's got a W16 quad- turbocharger engine, and a top speed of 431 km/ph." The salesman looked at her with his mouth hanging. It seems Meghan had her facts right.

"You know cars?" He asked her. She gave him a look that screamed 'Are you kidding me?' and shrugged. So he continued. "The car at the end just came in from France last week." I felt like I was in love with this car. It was just what I needed to take my mind off Zayn. Given that I wasn't thinking about him right now gave me assurance that I was right.

"How much is it?" I asked. His glasses almost fell off his face. He straightened and shuffled through his papers, probably looking for the price sheet.

"It's a 1.6 Million Pounds car." He managed to choke out. He was sweating bullets. Who knows why?

"Could we see the car up close?" Meghan asked. He nodded densely and led the way. Adrienne was texting again on her phone. But managed to follow without running into a car. Although I couldn't help running my hands over the cars.

"The Bugatti's transmitting goes all the way to seven." He informed us as he open-ended the door. The inside of the car looked even better than Zayn's stingray. I knew this was what I was looking for. I couldn't wait until I turned eighteen.

"We'll take it." I told the salesman with a large grin plastered on my face.

Sorry bout this. I just felt like writhing this. I'm a very big car junkie, and my current obsession would be the Bugatti and the Chevrolet Stingray 2014.

Peace.
