My bugatti was parked patiently on the 2nd floor parking lot in my building. Don't worry bugatti, only four more days.

We were currently lodged at the mall, eating popcorn and looking at window displays. I had two shopping bags weighing down my arm, and my Louis Vuiton handbag on my left. Meghan was helping herself to a huge waffle cone ice cream. Adrienne had almost five shopping bags, all from different stores, with her Gucci clutch on the verge of falling. Meghan only had one shopping bag, and it came from precisely the same boutique as most of her other clothing.

"So where to next?" Adrienne asked. Shifting the weight of the other two bags to her other arm. "I was thinking Forever 21." She started walking again.

"You can barely carry your bags, let alone add another one." Meghan said, slightly pained. She wasn't a big fan of shopping, and from all the in and out's we were doing in here, she was probably tired.

"How about we make that the last stop for tonight?" I suggested. It was a long day, with the car salesman -who apparently asked for Meghan's number; she didn't give it to him- and then shopping. I was exhausted too. But malls were Adrienne's haven, and she had won the argument by saying Meghan and I had dragged her to the car dealers without her wanting too.

"Please." Meghan moaned and carried after Adrienne.

We finally got home and Adrienne made a quick phone call to our allocated destination for Friday. We would have to go there and inspect tomorrow. It was in my belief, that the email had gotten around the student body.

"So, have you seen Zayn in school?" Adrienne asked. I nodded as I plopped down on the couch in sheer exhaustion. Meghan soon followed suit. Adrienne made her way to the kitchen stools and sat.

"Yep. And Wendy was clinging to him for dear life." I sounded sour. No way, was I going to play the role of jealous ex. They were perfect for each other, the slut and the cheater. "He approached me twice in school, and I pushed him away, telling him that I didn't need him" And I didn't, what was a boy supposed to give me. I didn't come here so he could ruin my life.

"Great. So everything is going as planned?"Meghan asked. It felt weird to feel in charge, Adrienne was usually the decision making one, while Meghan was the act upon type, I usually was the informative. Giving the facts and showing logical solutions. It felt kind of cool.

"Mhm." I mumbled. Again I was hit with the guilty feeling, and I should hear Zayn's side of the story. But what side did I need? He cheated on me, and I caught him doing it. How can one go against such hard evidence?

The next day I walked to school slowly, aiming to go in late so I wouldn't bump into Zayn. Avoiding him and making him feel hated ws my goal at all costs. So I slugged on slowly, almost dragging my heels. I came around the familiar bend and looked at my watch. Ten minutes until the bell rang. Great.

I sat on one of the benches around the corner and pretended to shuffle through my books looking for something that wasn't there. I was too engrossed in my act to look at any bystanders.

"You've been avoiding me, and I want to know why." A voice I knew all to well startled me out of my acting. I put my bag on the bench and stood up to face him. He was a good foot taller than me, making me look up into his eyes. His light brown puppy dog eyes. Stopmit Khaimon. "Why are you doing this?"

My brain raced for a lie. But the truth was so annoying I just wanted to tell him and make him whine in his misery. The thought made anger pulse through my veins and venom leak into my mouth. "Why don't you ask Wendy? Since you two have grown close over a while, she should be happy to tell you." I grabbed my bag off the bench, forgetting that I didn't zip it up. All contents spilled onto the concrete.
