Ethan's POV
I woke up to the sun streaming in through my window, a light wind refreshing me. I managed to drag myself out of my bed and walk over lazily to the toilet.
Like every other morning, I knocked on Grayson's room to wake him up and went downstairs. Mom was sitting on the sofa, as usual, on her iPad, reading the news or something.
As I made myself some breakfast, I realised that Grayson should have been up by now.
Whatever. I thought to myself, devouring my cereal. Then I slumped back up the stairs, rubbing my dreary eyes and got changed.
Still, Grayson hadn't gotten up and this time I went into his room, to find his bed perfectly made. But he wasn't in their.
His window was open, and I had no doubt that it had been wide open all night, as it was extremely cold in his room.
"Gray?" I called, scanning the room intently. I called to mom to make sure she hadn't seen him going out.
"No!" she called back. I growled deeply, scratching the back of my head gently and grabbing my shoes. He had probably gone to an early football session.
"Bye mom," I shut the door behind me and wrapped my thick coat around me tightly, breathing out into the cold air. As I made way to school, my phone buzzed wildly in my pocket.
Blake: heyy babe I miss you
Blake: where are you?!
Blake: stop ignoring me!!
Blake: Ethan Grant Dolan, STOP IGNORING ME NOW!!!
I rolled my eyes slightly and quickly texted:
Me: I'm going now, don't worry
I switched off my phone as I strolled up the steps of the main entrance, mentally getting ready for all the screams and yells that I would get welcomed by.
"ETHAN!"
"I LOVE YOU!"
"MARRY ME!"
"Ayee, bro!"
I hated ignoring all of the requests from the boys and the papers I had to sign for the girls, but I had to get to Blake.
"Babe," she welcomed me with a hug in the classroom we had registration in. "So, about yesterday's fight with Cassidy...." she bit her lip as she looked at me.
"What," my heart started palpitating at the reminder of yesterday's fight. I wish I could take it back.
"Well, you settled it right?" she asked. I was expecting her to say that all the rumours weren't true, so I had to settle this now.
"You know the story you told me yesterday?" I started, sitting down next to her, "Are you sure it's true?"
"Um, duh!" she rolled her eyes at me, blowing a bubble with her gum, "It's completely true! I used my strategies to find them out, and I don't want any questions." she snapped. I laughed a little. But inside I really doubted her.
I leaned in to give her a quick kiss on her pink, glossy lips when the door slammed open.

Cassidy's POV
Yeah, okay, Gray and I had gotten really tired that night and had drifted off to sleep on my bed.
I had woken up with him next to, his arm around my stomach. I was in my pj's but he had his clothes from the day before. The window had been open all night and a strong, cold breeze had woken me up.
