I ALMOST DIDN'T HEAR THE alarm in my phone blare and it was shivering cold.

Heavy rain was pouring outside, making mother nature really really wet.

I reached for the air condition's remote and turned the AC off. I sat on the edge of my bed, still feeling a little bit sleepy but when my bare feet made contact to ground, I jolted up, awake.

I slipped on my yellow cotton-lined house slippers and made my way to the bathroom.

After a hot refreshing bath, I dressed up on casual clothes. You see, here's one of the many things that I love about school: They let you wear anything on Fridays. Well, except maybe the slutty kind of clothes.

I slipped on a gray cotton t-shirt with a black 'Oh Sheesh Y'all' print on the front, pure black skinny jeans and gray cotton-lined boots. I left my hair in its usual style and put on the same make-up I always put in my face.

I also put on my jewelry: silver hoops, my silver charm bracelet and a delicate silver chain-linked pendant with a silver metal ribbon.

I grabbed my brownish-black scarf, brown coat that stopped on my knees, my bag and hurried downstairs.

"Good morning dear," Mom greeted me while making coffee for dad.

"Morning mom." I greeted back, sitting on the table.

Hot yummy food was infront of me. Mmmmm, a great way to start this kind of morning.

Taking my sweet time, I ate my breakfast feeling cheerful and happy.

This day was reaaally turning out great. First the weather一I love it when the weather is cold一then the day一it's Friday, my favorite day of the week一and then the food.

After I finished eating, I kissed mom and dad goodbye and went to the bus stop. Ethan and some people was still there so that means I CAUGHT THE BUS!

I mentally jumped for joy and skipped my way towards Ethan with an umbrella preventing me from getting wet from the rain.

"Hey, what's gotten our little nerd into a happy mood?" Ethan asked with a grin as soon as he saw me.

"Oh, this day is turning out to be great." I said.

The bus pulled over and we got in. Ethan and I sat side by side as always and he gets the window seat too一always.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yes really!" I said then I launched into telling him what made my morning happy including the fact that I caught the bus and didn't have to ride with Seth to school.

"You really couldn't handle too much people, can't you?" He asked, chuckling.

I nodded. "That's why I don't go to highschool house parties and clubs. I get nauseous and stuffy." Yeah, I get claustrophobic too and my head aches.

"Pity. You miss all the fun." Ethan said.

"If I get to miss that kind of fun, I wouldn't really care." I said.

"Oh come on Thea! You need to live even a little. Have real fun. Not sticking your nose into some random books." Ethan said.

"You know Ethan, I'm starting to doubt why you ever became my bestfriend if your behaving like this." I said.

"How?"

"You force me to something I don't like!" I exclaimed.

"You know Thea, I think I know why you're my bestfriend." Ethan said.
