This has got to be her worst Christmas ever. Typical. It looks like she'll be spending more time alone at the tower. Why?

It seemed like the titans had different plans for Christmas this year. Cyborg already went to the titans East to spend his Christmas with Bee.

Beast Boy decided to go to Mento and the Doom patrol to attend a some sort of reunion. After all, he did miss his parents, well second parents.

Speedy got Star hooked with him on his plan to go to somewhere in the globe that doesn't have snow in it. Apparently, he couldn't stand the cold, which was something he didn't want to admit.

Raven closed her book and took her communicator out. Last one titan left, Robin. He promised her that he'll come back on Christmas day. But why wasn't he still there?

She decided to give him a ring. However, it looked like he had the same plan, too. He only got to contact her first.

She answered the call after the second ring. His face was visible on the screen.

"Rae!" His face lit up though tiredness could be seen on it.

"Hey.. How are you?" He smiled.

"I miss you." Her eyebrow shot up but her lips formed a small curve.

"I know. I do, too. But that wasn't my question." A smirk crossed his face.

"I know. I just wanted to say that to you. I'm fine by the way. You?"

"Same."

"I have something to tell you." His face soon had a frown on it. Uh oh. This doesn't seem like a good news.

"What is it?" His gaze stayed on her. A sigh escaped his lips before he started to speak again.

"I can't come home today." She was confused at what he said. Wasn't his work in Gotham done yet?

"Why?" She simply asked.

"*Bruce needs me to stay. Just until *Tim recovers from his injury." Unknowingly, her eyes shut close but then fluttered open once more.

"So I'm guessing you won't be back till next week?" It sounded more of a statement than a question.

"Yes." She mumbled a soft 'okay' and bid her wishes on Tim's fast recovery and her goodbye. She sighed deeply.

It's official. Worst Christmas ever.

Raven decided to take over the night patrol since, well, she was practically the only titan left, and besides, she didn't have anything to do anymore. She already did the chores and read good books to eat up the time.

Unfortunately for her, no villain decided to cause trouble for the special holiday. They were probably taking the Christmas vacation.

The purple haired teen went back to the tower, frustrated and, surprisingly, sad.

She took her book and switched off the lights in the main room. She ventured through the hallway and was surprised with what she saw.

Candles were lined up on both sides of the hallway. All lit up, a tiny flame flickering on each.

'Who--?' Her thoughts were cut off when a crash was heard from her room. She felt irritation working up in her. Whoever was that in her room would be wishing he never came inside.

An inky black pool of magic appeared under her as she teleported to her room. She expected the intruder to be there looking for something to steal. What she didn't expect was to see a boy blunder, body tangled in a series of Christmas lights. He had an awkward goofy smile on his face.

"Hehe. Surprise? I guess." He paused. "C-can you help me out here?"

It took Raven a while to suck it all in. Soon enough, black magic covered the lights as it slowly untangled itself from Robin's body.

"Thanks." Robin said, feeling nervous deep inside. His supposed to be surprise practically failed.

She had her arms crossed on her chest, waiting for his explanation.

"Bruce needed you. Seriously Dick?" Uh oh. She already called him in his real nickname. His head hung low, looking downwards.

"I wanted to surprise you that's why I told that. But as you can see, I failed." Raven's eyes scanned the room and saw a table with plates on it. Oh, now she got it. He prepared dinner, a candle lit dinner, well rather a Christmas candle lit dinner.

She felt herself smile at the thought of his effort, even though it was an epic fail. She soon found herself enclosing him in a bear hug. He flinched a little, surprised with her sudden action but then adjusted perfectly fine.

"You didn't have to." She then felt the grip of strong arms circling around her.

"But I wanted to." He said in a hushed tone.

"I know." She didn't know what had taken over her, probably Bravery and Affection, and she locked her lips on his, pulling them both in a soft, warm and passionate kiss.

They were both out of breath when they pulled away from each other.

"Well then, why not we start to eat what you prepared? I'm starving." Raven said. Robin's face suddenly turned pale.

"Sh*t! I forgot to turn off the oven! I'll be back!" The masked teen took off at the speed of light and ran towards the main room.

Raven found herself laughing herself out loud.

Well, maybe she was wrong. It wasn't the worst Christmas she had.

It was one of the best epic ones she had and will have in the future. Of course, by the courtesy of the boy blunder himself.

Her Boy Blunder.
