tyler ran into joshs room and jumped on top of him, only to cause a loud groan of pain from josh.

"hi." tyler said breathlessly as he stood slightly above josh.

"as much as i love having you on top of me, you're quite heavy and i can't breathe." josh said, dramatically gasping in air.

tyler rolled his eyes and lied down next to josh. he stared up at joshs ceiling and soon went into deep thought. he was mainly thinking about his future. he had nothing planned. nothing to live for. for some reason, josh had triggered these thoughts. tyler knew josh would be in his life for a long time, maybe even forever. but what scared him was a future without josh. maybe he was thinking about this too early but tyler was a worrier. his anxiety got to him at times. it had calmed down over the last years but josh brings this new anxiety to him. a good anxiety. one that wants tyler to stay alive to see his future with josh.

*possibly triggering part over*

tyler was pulled out of his thoughts by josh who seemed worried and frantic as he pushed blankets off the bed.

"tyler do you have my keys?"

"why would i have them?"

josh sat back down and have tyler a cheesy grin.

"because you stole the key to my heart."

"blocked."

"no homo though."

tyler sighed loudly and hit josh weakly on the arm.

"weak."

tyler scowled at josh.
"not as weak as your hairline." he shot back.

"says the guy whose hairline looks like a parabola." josh said, teasingly pinching tylers side.

tyler giggled slightly at joshs remark, not taking any offense.

instead he turned over onto his side, facing josh. josh did the same to tyler. the two stayed in silence as they thought about them. them as a couple.

it was in this moment that tyler realized how hopelessly in love with josh as the two stared at each other, laying on their sides.

so he kissed josh.
and josh kissed back.
