CHAPTER 13

Fresh Sent of Surprise

After our long bike ride we finally made it back to the factory.

"Do I really have to clean?..." Melissa complained to me.

"Yes Melissa... We both need to clean. If you want to go to the party you will clean." That got Melissa going. She quickly grabbed the bag of supplies and ran up to our room. I quickly hid the bikes from view and grabbed our dresses shoes purses and jewellery. "Hey Linza! You can do whatever... I'm actually having fun... Ill clean it all. Amma surprise you. And you can take a walkie-talkie." Wow.. Melissa really thought of everything. So I quickly placed our outfits on my bed and placed my blanket over them... Just in case.

"I'll see you later then Melissa." We quickly waved good bye.

I didn't really know what I was going to do. There was literally nothing to do. The party was tomorrow, we got all we need here already. I quickly looked at my phone and noticed a text from Melissa.

'Just go for a walk somewhere... I still see you.' I smiled. I noticed her looking at me thought our window. The window was quite big. Oh man! I didn't realize that it was that big though... People would be able to see us... Even if I'm just sitting on my bed... Well time to think about curtains...

*RING... RING...*

"What is it Melissa?" I giggled as I saw her running around are room.

"Just go to the lake or something. Let me work my magic in here." She instantly hung up on me, so I shrugged my shoulders and headed for the lake.

When I arrived, I noticed lots of garbage everywhere. That reminds me of my parents house... Well. They obviously didn't care about me. They never tried to look for me. Heck! They never fed me... I quickly pushed that all to the side when I felt the breeze. It felt good and relaxing. It made me feel like I had no worries. It made me feel like singing. So, I quickly looked al around me. I didn't notice anyone... So a began to lightly sing The Morticians Daughter, by Black Veil Brides. I wished that I had my guitar. I remember finding it when I was 9 in an empty, abandon, broken down, movie theatre. I went there a lot after school. It was another place to escape my parents. I found under some seats in it case. Lucky for me it had new strings in the case, and it was good that my music teacher was like a complete expert on guitars. So he fixed it up and gave me lessons every once in awhile at lunchtime. So after awhile I ended up doing guitar lots on my own in the theatre learning different songs and tunes. But the one day I brought my guitar home, my parent decided that it was great wood for a fire in the backward.

"You have a beautiful voice there." I jump right out of my thoughts with a fright, tumbling down to the ground. I didn't know who it was, but there breath smelt amazing. Like a strong peppermint smell. I didn't know why I liked peppermint so much.

"Sorry to scare you." The person said while helping me up.

"You ok?" I looked at his face. Light blue eyes, black eyeliner, lip ring. Andy.

"Yeah I'm good. I'm alright. You just scared me." He smiled.

"I haven't sen you in awhile... I-I've been missing you." His cheeks turned a dark red.

"Y-you did?" I smiled and put my head down feeling my own face turn red as well.

"I-I have to go. I need to get back home. It's my turn to make dinner." I had to think of some sort of lie. Melissa and I usually order pizza.

"Ok... Could I come along then?" He quickly said while following me.

"Um.. That wouldn't be a good idea..."

"Why not?" He came closer.

"I can't tell you..." I looked in the opposite direction of him. I stopped me and held me closer to him.

"Then show me." He said before kissing my forehead. My face was like a cherry at this point.

"Melissa! I'm here... And I brought a friend." I opened the door to Melissa and i's room right away noticing that it was perfectly spotless. From top to bottom.

"Oh hi new person from school! I'm Melissa! Howdy do?" She smiled as she walk out from the bathroom.

"Melissa, this is Andy. Andy, this is Melissa." Melissa ran over shook his hand and gave him a big hug.

"Your pretty cute! I think you should date Linza. You guys would be cute together." Both Andy and began to blush.

"Pizza arrived five minutes ago! Come on! Lets all eat." Melissa said as she pushed Andy and I on my bed and handed us pizza.
