I woke up next to my beautiful girlfriend. I had fun last night with my brothers, niece, daughter, girlfriend, & sisters (triplets). I went to go check on Mariah & Payton, they were still sleeping. I went downstairs & found Ziare awake watching tv. "Morning bro" Morning. "You got some mail, I got it for you from outside" Thanks. "You should check one of them, it's from mom." ... I looked at him like he was crazy. "From who?" From mom. "What did she say?" I ain't open it. I went to go open the mail & I couldn't believe what I read..
The letter:

Dear Maleek,

Hey Maleek, it's you're mom. Look I know I haven't been apart of your life for the longest. But I know you're still out there somewhere. I know I wasn't the best mom you had. I'm sorry for the way I treated you. I put all the hard work out on your sister & your brother to make sure they take care of you.. But my time is almost done & I just wanted to let some things out before it's too late. I just wanna start off by saying that.. Your dad is in Atlanta where you are. His name is Tarajae Jones, look him up on the internet & you should find his recent address. Schedule an appointment with him to sit down & talk to him. Also.. You have ah little sister, her name is Aaliyah Jones. She stays with your dad now, she's only 13. & lastly.. You & Ziare aren't really blood brothers. He's adopted, that's why his last name is Brown. I'm sorry I didn't tell you guys this earlier. If you get the time, please tell your brother & your sister. I love all of you guys.

I dropped the letter on the floor. "What does it say?" said Ziare. "Yo my nig, did you know that we wasn't blood brothers?" What are you talking about Leek? She decides to tell me this now? Fuck her man.. Fuck this shit! I started talking to myself. I looked at Ziare & he was shocked. "I always wondered why our last names were so different but mom would never tell me." I said. "Wait so who's my real dad?" Look bro, I don't even know right now. "This shit is crazy, so this whole time.. I can't believe it. I can't believe this shit!" Look are you gonna come with me to meet my dad? "Nah, that ain't my real dad. You got ah little sister too. You can go on your own." Chill Bro, don't be like that. "Don't call me that nigga." Aye! What's going on out there? said Keyera. I pointed to the letter. "Man, everything just keeps getting worse & worse." she said. "Ziare, don't be like that. It don't matter if y'all were blood brothers or not. Y'all were close ever since y'all were babies. You guys are still brothers no matter what. You can't leave now just because you're mom decided to tell you 19 years later that you're adopted. You protected Leek ever since he was ah baby. Right now it's not the time to leave because at the end of the day it's not worth it. You can't leave you're little brother & you know that. Do you hear me?" I saw my brother crying. I felt so bad because I had no idea he was adopted. I gave my brother ah hug. All he did was protect me & make sure I had ah good life & now my mom tells him that he's adopted. That's fucked up... "Look Ziare, we got this bro. Fuck mom. You've been more of ah father figure to me & you can't give up on me. We got this Ight? We gotta be strong, you even told me that. Don't give up on me because of her. Please?" Yeah.. I just can't believe this. But I ain't no where bro. I gotchu. & I'll go with you to meet dad. We dapped each other up & hugged each other. "Thanks baby" I said to Keyera. "You know I gotchu"

We started to look up my dad to see where he lived. "Hey, do you wanna get ah test done to find who your biological dad is?" I asked. "Nah, I don't wanna meet whoever put me up for adoption. Thanks tho" Ard. Let me know if you're ever considering it. "Ard"
