Maleek P.O.V

I woke up next to Keyera and I saw her doing school work. "Goodmorning baby" Goodmorning. She gave me a kiss and went back to working on her school papers. "Is everyone already awake?" Ziare is but the girls aren't awake yet. "Okay, well I'm going to make breakfast for us." Okay and I'm doing your school papers too so we can go back to school with them ready on Thursday. "Ard thanks babygirl" I went in the bathroom and brushed my teeth and washed my face. "Morning bro" I said while walking into the living room. "Morning, can I use your laptop to look for some jobs?" Yeah, my password is "Leek1234" Ard good looks. I started cooking for all of us and it was 10:30 am. I heard the girls laughing so I went to go check on them in their room. "Goodmorning girls" Goodmorning daddy! They both ran up to me. I didn't think Mariah would call me her dad but I take her as my daughter so I don't really care. That's my little girl. "Y'all watchin spongebob?" Yeah, but we hungryyy. "Okay, go brush y'all teeth and wash y'all faces. Make you guys say goodmorning to Mommy and to Uncle." They ran in the bathroom together and did as I said.

Breakfast was ready and everyone was eating their food. "So, good news everyone.... I'm moving in down the street from you guys. Maybe 3 houses down." said Ziare. Oh shit fr bro? That's wassup. "Right, right." That's good, I like how we all live near each other, said Keyera. "Guess who's birthday is coming upppp!" I said. Mariah and Payton were born on the same day, different years. Payton is turning 5 and Mariah is turning 6. "February 14th, those two little special girls were born" I said. Awe! We gotta do something special for them baby. "Yeah, we gotta throw them a little surprise party." I was thinking about what to do since their birthday is on a Sunday. "We can throw them a party Saturday and at midnight, we wish them a happy birthday." Leeek! They can hear you. It's supposed to be a surprise, Keyera whined. "oops.. sorry" I started laughing.

Everyone was done eating and Keyera did the dishes. Ziare took a shower in my bathroom while I went to go give the girls a bath down the hall. "Daddy, Riah need clothes." I know princess, we will go shopping later and get her some clothes and shoes. "Yay! Thank you daddy." Mariah hugged me and started playing with Payton in the tub. I just watched them play, they are my little girls and I'm not letting anything bad happen to them. "Do you guys wanna wash and then after we wash y'all hair?" Yeah. "Okay now you guys gotta get your own cloth and use the soapy bubbles to clean yourself." Daddy help! I showed them how to do it and they started doing it themselves. I gotta teach my girls early. "Okay, now what do we do next?" Ummm.. we wash? said Mariah. "You got it." I turned on the water and let them wash themselves off with water. "Keyera come in here!" Ziare came to the bathroom and told me she was in the shower. "Ard bro, looks like its me and you. You wash Payton's hair & I will wash Mariah's hair" This look kinda fruity fr, he said. We started laughing and washed their hair.

Keyera dressed the girls up while I went to go take a shower. 30 minutes later.... I was out of the shower and I heard everyone downstairs. I got dressed and put on my dark blue jeans, my black hoodie, and threw on my black air force ones. I went into the living room and saw Payton and Mariah playing with Keyera. "Aye Leek, when do you wanna schedule that meeting with Dad?" We can schedule that jawn today. His name is Tarajae Jones, look him up. I think he's like 45 years old maybe? "Ard, well it says he's 46 and that he is from Atlanta. It says he is married and his address is 1563 Apple Creek Rd Atlanta, GA 30319. (Fake Address)  "Is there a phone number we can call?" Yeah its (678)555-9872. "Ard, let's call."

Ziare P.O.V

Phone Call:

Ringggg! Ringgg! Ri--

Dad: Hello?

Leek: Hey dad.. It's Maleek and Ziare

*It quiet for awhile*

Dad: Hey son.. long time no see huh?

Leek: Yeah, we got a letter from mom. You live 20 minutes away from me. Is there a time when we can meet and talk face to face?

Dad: Yeah... Uh sure. When are you free son?

Leek: Well, I have school tomorrow but on Friday we can meet somewhere after school.

Dad: Okay.. Meet me at hooters, downtown. You & Ziare around 5:30

Leek: Okay.. see you then Dad.

Dad: Ight son, and look.. I aint forget bout y'all okay. I love you guys. Don't forget that.

End of phone call

"Well um, that was short but it went well" said Leek. Okay so, we meet him around 5:30 Friday. Y'all got school tomorrow so make sure y'all work is done. Ima keep applying for jobs until I get an interview for one. "Ight bro" I'm happy for you guys, don't forget to tell me how it goes on Friday, said Keyera. I looked at my phone and saw that I got a text from Cierra. I went into the room to call her and just talk to her for the rest of the day.
