Ziare P.O.V

I woke up on the couch and I saw Maleek's keys on the table so I figured he was already home. It was 5:30 am & they still were sleep. I went to go knock on their room door to wake them up. "Maleek? Keyera? Wake y'all bum asses up! It's time for y'all to go to school" I felt like a parent doing that. I went into the bathroom to wash my face & brush my teeth. "Leek don't forget we gotta meet dad today so get fresh!" I yelled.

Maleek P.O.V

I woke up to Ziare banging on my room door all weird. Keyera was still sleep. I looked at her & moved her hair out her face. I started kissing her to wake her up. She kept whining like a little baby. "Come on sleeping beauty, get up." I kept tickling her so she can get up. "Okay! Okay! Stop fucking touching me like that. I'm tired." She got mad & went into the bathroom that was in my room. "Baby, why you so mad?" I'm sorry, you know I'm not a morning person. She crossed her arms & poked her lips out like a lil baby. "It's okay" I gave her a hug & a kiss. She took a shower while I had to get the girls up & ready for day care.

Everybody was ready & we were ready to leave. "Bro, can you clean my house up a little for me?" I asked. Yeah, I gotchu. I dropped my girls off at Day Care & went to school with Keyera.
Hours later...
School was over & I was waiting for Keyera while she was talking to her cousins. "Tell me how it goes today with your dad bro" said Jachai. I gotchu bro, wish me luck. "Good luck kid" said the rest of my boys. Me & Keyera left to get the girls & went home.

"Yooo, were home." I walked in & saw that Ziare was all dressed up. "Okay bro, you lookin nice." Yeah, you know me. Eww, yuck, said Keyera. "Don't be a hater you short midget." I started laughing while she threw her water bottle at my head. I picked her up & threw her short self on the couch. Ziare busted out laughing. "Yooo, ya head bounced back quick asf once she threw that." Wow, so funny I forgot to laugh. I said with a straight face. I went into Payton's room & saw her & Mariah playing with their Barbie dolls. "Hey girls" Hey daddy! "You guys okay?" No.. "What's wrong? You guys know y'all can tell me anything. You guys are my little princess" It doesn't seem like it.. "Why you say that?" You don't spend enough time with us anymore daddy. "Awe I'm sorry, look this Saturday we can go out to eat & play okay?" But you have party... "We can do it before the party, you guys matter first." Yay! Okay.. Love you daddy. "I love y'all too"

I was dressed up & ready. "Come on Ziare, I'm ready" I checked my phone and my dad texted me saying he was there. "Behave guys & be respectful." said Keyera. Okay, thanks baby. Watch the girls for me. Tell them I'll be back. "I will." She gave me a kiss & gave Ziare a hug. "Have fun guys!" We left & Keyera shut the door once we left. "Gotta admit, we lookin kinda fresh bro" said Ziare. Aye man, you already know what we get into. We started laughing & we finally made it to the hooters restaurant. "Ard, we're here." I said. You nervous? he asked. "Nah, never have been & I never will be"

I think that's him over there.. Ziare pointed. We walked over to some lightskin tall man. "Hi Dad.." I said. He lowered his glasses & looked at us. "Come onnn.. Give me a hug! You guys are all grown man.." I lowkey started to tear up man. This is my dad, I haven't seen him in a long time. "Awe don't cry son, don't cry big man" It felt good to reunite with my dad. He wasn't apart of my life ever since I was a baby. I looked at Ziare & he was just quiet the whole time. We sat down and ordered us some food. "So what's going on with you grown man?" he asked Ziare. Nothin, I'm just making money. Trying to find myself a house. "Keep up the good work." Yeah I will. So...  Is the adoption part about me true Dad? Ziare asked. It went quiet for awhile. I looked at the both of them & just kept eating. "Yes & No.. See your actually Maleek's older cousin. But we took you in for adoption & claimed you as our son. You lost your parents in a car accident." I dropped my fork on my plate & had my mouth wide open. "Say you swear!" I said. "I can't do that now but I'm telling you guys, it's the truth. Maleek you are my son, & Ziare you are my nephew." Ziare & me started laughing. "That's crazyy" said Ziare. We just started talking about things and enjoyed the rest of our time at Hooters.

Keyera P.O.V

I was just sitting in the living room watching the girls play on the floor. "Mommy, I don't feel good." Awe what's wrong Mariah? "Tommy hurt" Aweee come here sweetie. I held her close to me while I covered her. Payton was playing on her tablet. *KNOCK KNOCK* I went to go open the door and it was Ziare & Leek. "How did it go?" You won't believe what we found out said Ziare.. "What?" I am Maleek's older cousin, but they just adopted me because I lost my parents in a car accident. "Woww! Are you Fr?" I'm dead ass. I looked at Maleek and he was laughing. "What's so funny Leek?" Nothing.. It's just that, I can't believe mom didn't just tell us the truth from the start. "I understand but you guys are still brothers at the end of the day" I know..
