Chapter 20

Kali's POV

I woke up in a bed.. in an unfamiliar room... with lots of beeping sounds and someone constantly tapping their foot.

Two people with me.

I try to look out but the blinding light is making me squint..

"Kali?! You awake?!", an unfamiliar voice asks.

Silence.

"Kali?!?!", one voice gets louder as it approached and grasped onto my shoulders.

"Y-yes?", I moaned.

"Oh thank god Kali!!!", the two people hugged me.

The voices were starting to become clearer to me.

It was Alli and.. Jc?!

Even though Jc and I aren't together I still wish we were I miss him a lot and I'm not even pregnant.

I'm planning on telling him later on today but, what if he hurts me again?

The doctor comes in interrupting my thoughts.

"Okay... Ms. Lawley? You suffered a minor suffocation. If it wasn't for your friends here you probably wouldn't have made it!! Usually people with this kind of event suffer of damaged brain tissue. But you are okay!!", the doctor explained and smiled.

"Okay.", was all I said.

"You can go home but in a day or two; we need to see if you are alright!!", the doctor explained and left.

"So...", Allison said slowly backing away to the door.

I watch her making a 'you're not leaving face' at her.

She opens the door and walks out. Leaving Jc and I alone together.

I'm sweating and I'm nervous and-

Jc interrupts me with a long passionate kiss.

Jc lifts up from me as my eyes glisten in his.

"I love you so much Kali!! I'd do anything for you!! I'd even KILL just to have you!!", Jc says as he hovers over me.

"I'd be so happy to take care of our baby!!", he smiled looking at my stomach.

"The baby we're not having!!", I say calmly.

"Oh..",was all he said.

He still smiled but he got off me.

"Wait Jc what happened? What did you and Allison do to save me?!", I asked just as Allison walked in.

"You wanna explain or me?", Jc asked Allison.

"I- I will!", she hesitated.

"Well Kian strangled you to the wall holding you up by your neck and you collapsed on the floor! Jc and I tried to pull him off but it was too late you already fell. We of course thought you were dead and Jc called 911 that's how you got here! Oh and Kian ran out on us..", Allison said finishing with a few tears along with Jc.

"Aw guys come here!! I'm okay now!!", I said trying not to cry.

"Sorry but what time is it?!", I asked ruining the hug.
