Chapter 30

Jc's POV

I pulled into a parking spot and Trevor yelled, "WE'RE HERE!!!", which made everyone including Kali, who was still sleeping, jumped.

Everyone got out and I went over to Kali's side to wake her up.

"Come on Kali wake up!! We're at the pier!", I whisper yelled whilst shaking her.

She didn't budge so I just carried her on my back. Then walked over to Ricky's car to meet up with them.

"Hey guys, ready to go?", I asked Ricky.

"Yeah but Kian won't get up!", he said slapping Kian's face back and forth. "I guess both of the Lawley's are asleep then.

"I'm not asleep anymore I'm just enjoying the ride!!", Kali said sitting up then laying her head on my back again as we laughed.

Kian just woke up and we walked to the not so far away pier. Once we hit the boardwalk Kali wanted to get down.

"Hey guys we should go on the bumper cars!!", Connor yelled while running to them like a little kid.

Everybody followed and got in line. Once we were at the front we each got in our own car and there was just enough for everyone.

The man working the bumper cars asked if we were ready like any other bored no-life man.

-about an hour later-

We were all back in the cars and we were driving home. Not so far away until Kali fell asleep again.

Connor drove my car with Desiree beside him, then Kristin, me, then Kali from left to right.

I noticed Connor started looking down then back up again a couple times. I moved my position to see he was on his phone.

I let it slide the past two times but he almost hit a car this time.

"Connor, I think you should-

3rd person POV

Connor, Desiree, Kristin, Kali, and I got in an accident because of Connor.

The car flipped over the bridge and onto the side of a railroad track.

Jc, Connor, Desiree, and Kristin survived.

Barely, that is.

"KALI!!", Jc called as his bloody hands layed on Kali's possibly lifeless body which was off to the side from the car.

Jc got up and ran to Connor who was trying to stand.

He pushed Connor which made him fall on the gravel beneath them and said, "YOU KILLED MY GIRLFRIEND!!".

Kristin pulled him back and away from Connor before he could hurt him anymore.

Desiree called 911 and they came quickly. Jc got to go in the ambulance and so did the rest.

Jc grabbed Kali's hand for the rest of the ride to the hospital. Jc felt a grip on his hand, Kali's grip.

Her eyes fluttered open and her grip on my hand loosens and tightens.

"It's gonna be okay baby!", I looked to her and stopped crying. Then I realized she let go.

They rushed her in and all of us sat outside.

Kristin and Desiree are nervous but Desiree won't stop holding her arm for some reason. Connor has his feet in the chair while rocking back and forth.
