Long Lost Sister & pokemon

Chapter 9

I woke up early for school because I didn't get a good sleep last night because I was worrying about if I tell Skyla and Cody what happened to me yesterday, and I don't know what Lily might do to me. I thought to myself I'm not going to school its only one day so I'm going to stay home and later I'll try to talk to Skyla. Then I turned over and tried to go back to sleep. Just as I was about to fall asleep I heard the doorbell ring so I got out of bed and I rushed to the door but before I opened it I grabbed my big jacket off the hook near the door and put it on, then I opened the door.

I opened the door to see Cody smiling at me then he saw what I was wearing and said,

"Are you coming to school because it doesn't look like you are and I was hoping I would be able to talk to you about yesterday?"

I looked at Cody and blushed because I had bed hair and I was still in my PJs but I had a jacket over the top. I closed the door a bit and said.
"I'm not coming to school because I don't feel up to it and I didn't get much sleep so I'm going to stay home and later I will go and see Skyla because I was going to talk to her after school, but I forgot and I really need to talk to her."

Cody looked at me and smiled then he said,
"Its fine but why are you going to see Skyla later? And why couldn't you sleep? Did you have a bad dream last night?"

I looked at the ground and said'
"I wanted to see Skyla yesterday and talk to her about what happened when we were little and what she has been doing these last few years. I don't really know anything about my sister and I want to know everything, and I don't know why I couldn't sleep last night but I'm still really tired so I might just talk to you later."

Cody took a step forward and said,
"Okay well I have to go to school I don't want to be late and I hope I will see you later and I'll be at Skyla's house after school so I will probably see you then and I can talk to you again" then Cody stepped forward again and hugged me tight, "bye".

I stepped forward too and hugged Cody back and said,
"Okay I'll see you then. Bye."

Then Cody turned around and walked away back to his car and drove off to school. I watched Cody leave then I turned around and walked back to my room and lay on my bed and fell asleep again.

Cody left Vivian's house but instead of going to school he went to Skyla's to tell her that Vivian wasn't going to school because she didn't get a good sleep last night, and when he asked why she didn't sleep she wouldn't tell him and he was getting worried about her.
